拍了一个东西卖家磨了一个多月每次回个email都要快一个星期,最后说给refund不寄了
,我这时才想起来看丫history发现经常干这事,不爽,想不卖也可以干脆点阿我急等着用
呢不然早去别的地儿买了,然后我开了case,结果卖家这次反应迅速才半天功夫就直接绕
开case退钱,根据ebay说的这种情况下case就自动结了,除了能留个neg我干不了别的...
move on了...
我承认我确实想买个便宜抱着侥幸心里,可要是卖家都这么搞,ebay的bidding就是个
joke了,当然这是在卖家不care neg的情况下我觉得...更不用说还那么不干脆,你说觉
得卖赔本了好歹早点说一声,非要拖啊拖,再拖我连open case的deadline都过了...有没
有在ebay卖东西从卖家角度解释看看是不是我有错我太rude了? |

always positive, then the last several sets of average values became
negative. I think it is because the total sum of those data reached the
limit of computer. So it began to show negative results.

data are floating point. Their range is extremely wide (IEEE double can be
up to 1e307) and it is not possible to overflow from positive to negative (
you will only get a +NaN).
I think you're seeing negative numbers because the "count" is an integer and
FORTRAN calculates the average as (double)"sum" / (int)"count". If you have
more than 2 billion data entries (or 4 billion if the "count" is unsigned),
you'll see negat |

cycle（Ct sample=26, Ct RT minus control=29, Ct GAPDH=17），相当于污染物是样
品target gene的1/8，这个污染程度能否接受？
另外我的total RNA做过turbo DNase digestion，如果要检测可能受到genomic DNA 污
染的isoform 2, 请问RT minus control的Ct值比样品大几个cycle才能接受?

camber gain, positive camber会导致轮胎外侧磨损严重. 解决办法之一是增加静态的
negative camber,例如一般track的e92 m3的大都需要-2 ~ -3的negative camber.
