and that's the minimum tax this family need to pay, regardless anything else?

to CT. however, since you paid income tax to NY; some percent (depending on
your resident state) of what you paid to NY can be deducted from what you
owed to CT.
You need to run TAX preparation on CT to find out.
CT may not know how much you paid to other states. |

My question is: Do I really need AP if on my new I-94 card, it bears a stamp

renewed my H1b last year.

medical record. (485 submitted in Jan to get EAD)
Now I have the RFE, but it says new form is needed (dated 07/20). Do I have
to re-do the PB test?
I got mixed messages from different people:
1. no need, just pay $30 for re-issue.
2. have to redo the PB test since that is the change in new form: have to
pay $130.
Hope the latter is right. Anybody has any expereince? |
