头一天还能用，第二天买菜用不了，然后去加油站测试也不行。回来打电话，接通的不
是BOA的专门cash rewards客服，而是NEA，然后说明情况之后再转接，一通电话半个多
小时。。。
接着上周接到两个电话要求验证我的驾照号，地址，还有debit卡上次交易的地点和金
额。
感觉很谨慎，不过说句心里话，这个卡拿了开卡的bonus之后确实意义不大了就。

田国强教授的霸道与涉嫌造假

说明：作为一个新自由主义者的田国强，不知道是否有兴趣回答这个问题：在公众号上
，为什么这篇短文很快就被删除了。
在上海财经大学前校长谈敏教授的支持下，田国强教授对上海财经大学的人事改革发挥
了很大作用。不幸的是，“眼看他起朱楼，眼看他宴宾客，眼看他楼塌了”，因丛樊乱
政而出现的各种怪事跟田国强教授也有关系。这里我不谈田国强教授多年来的风风雨雨
，只是谈一些与常任教职制有关的事情以及他的师德问题。
首先，2016年11月22日，《中国教育报》指出上海财经大学的留任率太低（27%），特
别提到与田国强教授就任的美国Texas A&M University经济系相比，都低得多。上海财
经大学校长樊丽明不懂教育经济学，虽然她自己很不服气，还在我面前斩钉截铁地说她
懂，坚持胡说什么常任教职必定有高风险，根本不知道美国National Education

一个internet/engineering service的项目，business plan初步写好，产品通过自己
的投入－时间和资金－已经有个基本模型，希望能有fund来资助做深度的完善，然后就
是产品的销售了。
看过一些fund(如NEA)的网站，有些会叫你upload Business Plan/Executive Summary
等等信息然后submit，这有谁这样做过吗？不知道这样是否会有回音（感觉象是发表论
文时递交给杂志）？
只要有机会让我做个presentation/talk,我一定能说服投资者的。但如果有机会，如在
conference/party之类的场合，认识一些这样的投资者先是否应该更好？谁知道如何能
和这样的投资者有机会建立联系吗？
