Chinese community. They need at least 4 leaders to go over the training
program so that they can deliver this program to the Chinese community.
The training program will be in English and will teach the leaders a
variety of knowledge and skills on how to manage chronic conditions and
improve quality of life. Once trained, the leaders will give workshops in
