有这样一个联盟
因为不满espn的霸王条款拒绝签约

不停地丢掉好球队
尽管这些球队到了新联盟打成一坨
甚至有球队在此联盟勇夺NCG冠军，两进NCG决赛四战三胜BCS
到新联盟从未再进过BCS
bowl game四连败
最近一场沦落到得分只有对方的四分之一时
依然不停地有球队被espn挟持到其他联盟

谈好的慑于espn的淫威不来

过一浪，那是何等风光。。。 结果，我盖出去丢人丢到家，06/07连续两次NCG均惨败
，导致如今的B1G沦为笑柄。SEC如日中天、宇宙第一联盟的地位，可以说是踩着我盖上
去的。
哎，我盖作为上下狗哪怕赢一次，我大B1G现在的处境也不会如此。 |

全国也就Bama、LSU星味更足，
都没打过，怎么对比实力，我们也可以说其实打雪城北卡没动力
打过NCG的QB，会遇强越强。。。
如果分开进攻和防守，可以说
Bama今年进攻便秘；
Auburn最近两场丢分35+,一场失败一场险胜，防守有问题；
TCU的招牌防守，一场被人飙了60多分，稳定性何在？
NCAA大多数球队都弱点明显，又没head-to-head，自然关公战秦琼
说强的，说弱的，都找得到点。
就比赛来说，我们quality win差了（Stanford今年比较差）,quality loss很强，
都是1负球队，谈不上谁值得谁不值得playoff，实力这个东西，看不见摸不着，大家都
是biased，谁也说服不了谁。
就战绩来说
前几年差不多每年大联盟+ND，全胜加上1负球队就5-6个，
所以说1负，基本都值得去，被剩在外面的，都可惜
打好后面比赛，赛季结束11-1的，基本都能说值得Playoff
比赛靠打，不靠分析，就像2012年，我们场上搞出了12-0，就值得去NCG，哪怕被爆

对于big10足球来说最重要的两件事：tier1的NCG和tier2的ROSE BOWL。
big10一共5次NCG/PO4，我们有4次，MSU有过1次，还被零封打残。
rose bowl这些年big10更惨，被oregon,usc,tcu,stanford轮番羞辱无数次。
最近十来年就赢过两次，1次是OSU，1次是MSU。
有人说这个论坛里不可爱球迷最多，我估计整个big10联盟也就提到osu时，可以说说足
球。

大公司，模拟转数字容易，会rtl coding, timing closure就差不多。模拟要看你做出
多少个working芯片，转起来着难点。 小公司，你想做什么做什么哈。数字多数时候是
个coder, ncg更好用。 模拟的要以经验唬人才好。
If no digital intern, take the analog one. 如果以后找数字工， 就说是做ms相关
的，天天写rtl算法， 哈哈 |

要么说除了中国人之外的别人都是不可信的。要么说捐外币不如捐人民币有效。
你好好找几个这次主要的ncg网站，看看好多都已经进驻灾区了实施救援了。
不要总是靠臆想打击士气，好不好？！
这次真的见鬼了，尤其天涯，国际救援队进入中国就是别有用心，日本韩国就是要坚决
反对。捐款攀比。这还都不是少数。
不提滴水之恩要涌泉相报，但是作为个人要有感恩心态吧，至少尊重那一刻的善心发出
的善举吧。
不否认国家之间必然有对立对抗，但是国际的环境是相互依存相互发展的，我们也在回

-team is for system low level device os, networking, drivers..mainly in c.
-about 1/3 indians.
senior: need to know usb protocol and os in deep. (drivers..)
NCG: know os basic from system call down to system drivers...

confirmation email，里面介绍了Interview Day的安排，其中8:00-10:00是个Group
coding exercise with Ads&Data team，还要自带电脑，并设置好Java和相关Unit
test的环境。再下来就是3轮面试（每轮1小时）。我想问下，有没有Yahoo面试的过程
也是这样，主要我对这个coding exercise没什么概念，如果有人面过，能给大致讲讲
