数据支持；而西兰花是为数不多的真正有数据支持的抗癌食物之一。
大量研究已经证明broccoli中的莱菔硫烷 （Sulforaphane）有很强的抗癌能力, 但是
只有生吃才有用 (原始文献见（1），我在博客里写过一个简短的解释http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/61289/201302/13278.html)。 不过，broccoli生吃实在是很不好吃，除非加些好吃的sauce;可是好吃的sauce通常热量很高，或有些不太健康的成分；另外，有些人吃了生的broccoli会觉得不舒服，怎么办呢？

the rating is Baa, only below Assurance (AGM/FSA) which is AA3, but higher
than all other companies. The yield is usually better than AGM/FSA insured
bond. I think it is one of the best choice for individual muni bond. |

muni bond can replace your CD because of the very low risk for no payment

much higher for Muni, 60% versus 37.5%
for senior unsecured corporate bond from Moody's report "U.S. Municipal Bond

bond insurance only, rating is BBB. AMBAC was bankrupt, but the risk for
insured bond still lower than uninsured if the underlying rating is similar.
Currently I hold a Stockton bond which is insured by MBIA who paid me
interest this Mar and Sept when the issuer default. Let's see if it can pay
me the interest and principal until 2024, the yield is 6%, coupon 4.25%,
bought at market price $84 for $100 face value. |

if you hit AMT. No stock can garantee you return. Lower rating investment
grade A- or BBB+ muni bond with top two monoliner insurance AGM/FSA or MBIA/
FGIC/NATL is the best choice to replace your long term CD. Focus on
garanteed cash flow to improve your life quality or reinvest for compound
interest. Higher return is a bonus, but no loss is the key for long term
successful investment. |
