hiking pole或者长木棍就行了，溯流而上最多能走到big spring，来回大概要6个小时
吧，什么地方回来看你的时间体力了。。。 |

饭。不需要啥耐力就能走，我LD体力很差，走着也没喊累。身高才是王道，离下水处不
远有个最深点，今天的状况165以下就有点困难了。据说下周二三会关闭，因为有降水。
我们中午11点半下水，还是有点刺骨的，不过可以忍受。想要舒服点可以晚两个小时去。
女生有条件就穿身比基尼吧，反正全身都会湿透，有些也可以游过去。水深的地方水流
不急，游两下比走着快。
强烈建议带个游泳圈，回程时把它吹起来，漂流而下，既惬意又省力。我要是有机会再
来，就想这么干。

，爬到了顶。当时我还怀孕不到两个月，也没什么问题。不过我之前一直跑步，4-5
miles every other day,有点底子。
建议上午去趟水，有太阳比较暖和。然后爬山，鞋就干了。
也有人在那边租防水的鞋和裤子。 |

早晨8点出发，Vegas街上的车还很少。开出Vegas，沿I-15向东，一片荒芜的沙漠风光
。开始还很兴奋地体会这份苍凉，看看Joshua树，后来慢慢被这一望无边了无生机的灰
色磨得懒懒的，提不起精神来。等到Mesquite了眼前突然一亮，路边不远处一片耀眼的
绿洲，很是赏心悦目。绿洲这个词，听得看得都烂熟于心了，但若是不到沙漠里走走，
不可能真正明白这是怎样的奇迹。换Ut-9以后，一条小河就开始时不时伴随在公路左右
，像一条绿色的带子飘来飘去，这就是Virgin River，在Zion还会和她亲密接触。很快
到了Hurricane。在这里竟然发现警察大哥开的是皮卡，并且没有任何警灯或警车的标
志。如果不是抓了一个超速的，还真难注意到。这个发现使得我们整个旅途中开车谨慎
了很多。后来陆续发现Utah南部的警车很多都用皮卡，真长见识了。
10点半到达Zion门口的小镇Springdale。很多小旅店分布在街边。这里有两家卖石头的

这一天的早上是由the wave的现场抽签拉开序幕的。先说说什么是the wave吧，the
wave是Coyote Buttes North的昵称，那里有被风沙吹来天然波浪谷，整个地方就是一
个原始世界。由于对那里的保护非常严密，每天只允许20个人进入，其中10个是从网上
抽签的，10个是现场抽签的。如果没有permit硬闯，外国人被抓住的话，会被驱逐出境
