Intel 尤其是Oregon fab （D1C/D1D/PTD), 只雇用新毕业的RCG （毕业后两年以内）.
对于两年以外的简历经理们连看都不看。
希望你有幸能成为一个特例。 |

intel的运作方式，很快就跳槽了，所以Intel尤其是Fab,只雇佣刚毕业的学生，这样的
话，没有比较，更容易接受Intel的文化，会认为that is the way life should be. |

网上投简历要经常更新，只有这样你的简历才会再queue的顶端，容易被注意到；
hiring freeze的时候，简历即使递到hiring manager 那边，他们也不大感兴趣。 |

所以他空降到我们部门的时候，很不爽，
于是1,2年内陆续进了几个新人，调来以前自己的手下，弄走几个老人。。
难道Intel的工作岗位都是这样的招聘原则吗？
那我朋友就肯定没有什么希望了

莫非你就是其中一件丑事的主角，干嘛一触即发，破口大骂呢？
袁荃做的是还不错，但不意味武大化学系就有多好了。
举例来说，即使袁荃和另外一位新招的楚天特聘教授傅磊相比，也能看出武大化学系在其中有没有猫腻了。

The paper you mentioned is by Warren Chan, if I am correct.
After the 2 landmark papers in 1998, there were little progress in this area,
using QDs for bio-labelling. as I mentioned in my previous post, the two
papers in nature technology recently should be sth breakthrough.
Qds have bring ppl so much pleasure so that it will be a really pity if it
only be a toy.

optical thermometry in frequency and time-domain can be directly applied to
conventional heat transfer systems.
I won't recommend the modeling, or even FEM and FVM simulation using IcePak,
etc. You don't want to spend your time sitting there running non-sense
simulation just because high-level guys want to see nice plots. Those
simulation jobs are more suitable for Master level.
