据亦明博士揭露，发表在《中国青年报》的《达尔文的兰花》是抄自Michel Raynal的
“预测的马达加斯加蛾子”一文。经亦明的逐句比对，确实是抄袭，连原文中三个惊叹
号都抄了。这事情不是小事。 《中国青年报》是具有重大影响的全国性日报，是中国
青年的喉舌。万一Michel Raynal控告《青年报》抄袭、侵权，那不是有损全中国青年
的荣誉吗？带着这种忧虑，我在网上搜索了《达尔文的兰花》，结果发现确实是方舟子
发表的。同 时，我注意到青年网友们还在论坛上传阅方舟子的另一篇文章， 题为《推
测出来的动物》，讲的是一名科学家预言在若干条件下存在一种真社群性脊椎动物，后
来在非洲找到了—是一种生活在地下的无毛的鼹鼠。这也确实是一件 有趣的事情。
在读了《达尔文的兰花》一文后，我发现方舟子的抄袭特征很明显。虽然是中文，他文

short股票类似。naked put风险不比long stock大。naked call也不比short风险大。

write to open. 大涨，你卖给谁？周五600 的call就只值几块钱了，实效性没有了，
基本不会有人买当天到期的option的。玩option 的人就是手上没有大把现金买股票的
，以小博大，谁都不想最后把股票粘在手里。基本概念和原理都没搞清楚，劝你还是别
玩option 了。

rollover Spread option。 我有一个SPX credit PUT spread, 最大损失500美元。尝
试着roll over到下周，结果IB把这个spread put当成两个order，一个order long SPX
PUT option， 另一个order当成是short SPX PUT naked！ 大家都知道SPREAD是
defined loss. 结果IB在rollover的时候把这个spread的两条leg分开对待，spread变
成了naked PUT，大家都知道short naked SPX option需要大量资金来cover， 结果这
个最大损失只有500美元的spread需要四五万美元资金的margin来支持。和IB的客户服
务电话讨论了半天，结果他们承认IB无法rollover SPREAD option，除非把spread当成

裸奔既然危险，就得穿上点。理论上说，任何一种交易策
略，如果能够抵消卖出的靠相对于股票价格直接线性风险
，都可以认为是cover了这个靠。不过一般实际交易中，
Covered Call专门指通过买入同等数量的股票来cover卖
出靠的风险。
CC的形式很简单，买100股股票，卖1手靠。如果股票涨，
那么靠的内在价值增加，导致的卖靠的损失可以由股票的
赢利来抵消。
先说说相对简单的买股票。原则就是一条，选基本面好的
，波动性不高也不低的股票。基本面要好，因为作CC最不
希望看到的是股价突然大跌，那会使我们处于非常尴尬的
境地。波动性不要太高，是因为我们不但不希望大跌，也
不那么喜欢大涨，因为如果涨得超过了靠的合约价，也是
有点两难的（后面讲exit strategy的时候会详细分析）

那个silk牛奶，我都是买3盒一箱那种，才7块2毛多吧，我记得，中国人超市得4块一盒
，target也得3块5往上一盒。牛角面包一打才6块，好吃又劲道，中国人面包店咋说也
得一块一个。naked果汁，两盒6块多吧，外面同样重量的至少10块，去costco前从来不
喝naked，现在连tropicana都看不上了。tropicana也比外面便宜。水果我到不怎么买
，主要是太多了，也太沉，抗不回去，不如天天买新鲜的。冷冻食品也很便宜，比如剥
好的大虾，虾线都挑了的，按照大小价格不一，但总体来说也比中国超市便宜，质量明
显好。还有什么酸奶，巧克力，糖之类的便宜的就更多了。这些价格还都是跟中国店比
的，跟老外店比就便宜更多了。听说什么电视之类的便宜更多，但是太贵我也不买。所
以一年50光早餐就能省100多。或者说同样的花费，原来tropicana的，现在升级到
naked了，原来喝local牛奶的，现在改silk了。
另外一点是有他的会员卡可以免费版AMEX的卡，一年年费也省70多，买电子产品还给免

如何救市呢？
前二天我做了一个bearish call spread。今天刚刚好用上。
方法如下：
把bearish call spread的naked 部分，提高5个strike level，平转到了明年1月份。
剩下的long call部分，正好抵抗原先的naked call options。 |

一个strike price吗？如果是，当时开的时候，系统会不会认为就已经是close naked
position了？这好像倒也没那么重要。。不是的话，那调整过后还剩下一个当月的call
spread,和一个roll到明年的naked call。一个不成功的position，是不是总能通过
roll over保证cash flow positive? 好像没有这么好的事吧。。如果极端情况，即使
不断提高strike,,roll的速度也赶不上market move的速度，会有什么后果？我玩
option时间还短，还没遇上，请多指教，谢啦
你的第二个strategy,似乎如果涨到82还是会有2块的loss的，即使没有initial cost，
不过确实已经不错了。

2）naked puts 方向错了比较容易处理，因为strik price 会越来越低的，不在话下，
