发帖数: 2112 | 2 最近做功课研究消除疼痛的办法，看到下面这边文章。大意似乎是：
1）炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应，是身体自我修复过程的正常症状；
2）药物消除炎症，同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程，反而不利于伤痛的恢复；
3）消炎药不能明显提高比赛成绩。
根据这篇文章的说法，我觉得ibuprofen或Advil最大的效果可能是止痛（类似麻醉剂，
消除或削弱大脑对疼痛的感受）。疼痛要求人不要过度使用身体；大脑不觉得疼了，就
会继续正常（其实是超量）使用身体。后果可能是短时间内保持了成绩，但加速了肌肉
撕裂，伤病加重。
我英语不太好，英语好的可以再总结一下。

about this.
Other than the TV shots which I don't think I can track down, (local station
is 200+ miles away!), there is no video of her skiing this season.
I got her on her first lesson when I taught her in 2006, I had to carry the
chubby little girl up the slope in snow boots, let her glide down to me.
Quite a walkout for me! I also got a brief video of her in Lake Louise last
year, her parallel turn was just taking shap |

If they are from countries with weaker team, that might be possible. However
, i think the degree will be totally different from chinese soccer fans.
Another reason, for this guy's nagging could be that he put money to the

spend 98% of time focusing on himself, so he's not aware of anything else
happening on the court. However, I seriously doubt he can stand his dad
nagging at him on how he should play during a match. Obvious his dad is not
blunt enough to do such thing. Never the less, this hypothetical scenario
would never happen, so it's pointless.

小姑娘年轻气盛，一上台本来很傲气的就被主持人nag了一下，心里很不爽，于是就变
成一只刺猬，对谁语气都很硬，其实年轻人嘛，还有很多东西要学，就算她不对，也就
是不太圆滑没啥错误
主持人和那些CEO比较土，这么大把年纪的人了，还跟一个小姑娘较劲。好像别人找工
作都得跟个孙子一样装傻就显示出他们高明了，遇到个明白点的，强势点的，自己自尊
心就受不了了，非得把小姑娘踩在脚下跺三跺才能挣回面子一样。
这就是中国招聘的问题，只看员工是不是顺从领导，而不看员工是不是有能力。
当然我不是说又能力就能不顺从，但是这么年轻的小孩子，是可以教的嘛。 |

人的命运、让世界变得更美好的喻世童话。以前就看得开心，这次和小孩一起重温，对
片中的农村生活更有切身体会。这几年住在美国大农村，虽然依然四体不勤、五谷不分
，不能像电影里的男主人一抱起小猪就能掂出16磅2盎司的重量（撒泡尿都能精确估算
到3盎司），也不能像女主人熟练地拌出丰富鲜美的浓汤猪食；但凑热闹地赶过几次集
，看过小猪赛跑、双牛拉力、女子扔锅、拖拉机拔河等各种乡土趣味十足的比赛，因此
对电影高潮的牧羊狗大赛倍感亲切。我们农村的比赛也有幽默机敏的广播主持人，观众
也像电影里一样全身投入、吆喝欢呼，对看似幼稚的游戏充满兴趣和关注，人心变得简
