发帖数: 4127 | 8 包括本人在内，最近有些网友碰到了莫名其妙的485退件，给的理由是表格过期，但实
际是所有使用填写的表格并没有过期，除了G-1145（该表09/30/2016过期，USCIS官网
却一直没有更新）
同样的遭遇如下：奇怪的485表格过期

都发生在NSC对应的Phoenix Lockbox中心，猜测可能那里的新员工（或contractor）不
熟悉情况，一看G-1145过期不管三七二十一就马上reject包裹，本人上个月140在NSC批
准的时候也用了G-1145，但没有发生这种问题，可见USCIS的操作混乱不一致
所以为了避免不必要的麻烦大家最好不用附上G-1145，说实话G-1145也没什么用，140
的时候就没收到过任何短信或邮件，想要知道485是否被接收了看支票什么时候存就是
了，mail receipt最近好像很慢，要一个月左右，到有了receipt number再添加到
myUSCIS呗
485的退件里所有exhibit下端的小贴纸都被USCIS给撕掉了，因为好像... 阅读全帖 |

2016年5月09日RD
2016年11月底，自己很脑残地提交了SR，然后从公司律师得知自己不能提交，所以SR会
被拒掉
2016年12月13日，SR被拒掉，默默地再等30天才能提交下一个
2017年1月中旬，公司律师提交了SR
2017年2月2日，USCIS给了个60天的复制粘贴回复
2017年2月17日，在板上大家的鼓励下果断PP
至此，9个月，两次SR，USCIS上的状态还是16年5月9日收到Case……
2017年2月22日，USCIS上一次性补了8个状态更新……我的Case终于被从废纸堆里发掘
出来了
2017年2月24日，140通过
485：
2016年6月14日RD
中间一直myUSCIS没有状态更新
2017年3月中旬SR，USCIS说4月7号给答复
2017年4月中旬打Tier 2问为啥SR没答复，USCIS说4月5号SR才开始有人接手，再等30天

发帖数: 56 | 10 最近楼主有些485J表格的进展，不过看起来很奇怪。不知道大家有没有遇到过？
律师2月初帮我提交485，同时提交了J表，EAD和AP request。485，EAD和AP的received
date都是一样，02/10/2017。可是485J在3月初收到NSC的receipt notice（received
date 03/09/2017)，并分配了一个LIN number，虽然这个编号查询不到任何进展。
本以为J表没啥用,也不会有进展。可是今早收到USCIS email,说485J被批准了， 这是
什么鬼？。。
邮件如下：

发帖数: 851 | 13 大家好，我的I-485是在TSC RD为12/09/2014。
16年4月4号，苦等了16个月之后，主申党员收到第一次RFE，党员问题和体检过期。按
照自己的实际情况写了一份详细的党员声明，重新做了体检，6月7号把RFE寄到了TSC。
副申非党员当时的体检也已经过期了，但没有收到RFE。
16年10月24号，州参议员小秘打电话告诉我说，主副申请人的485都被转到了NBC，将会
安排面试，如果30天后还没有收到面试通知，让我告诉他，他再帮我去问TSC。
16年12月14号主副申请人的485从NBC转回TSC。
17年3月7号，主申党员收到第二次RFE，要求再次体检（加新要求的梅毒尿检）和job
confirmation letter。副申非党员也收到重新体检的RFE。17年3月和16年4月发RFE的
是同一个IO。
9月25号主申请人的SR回复说background check is still open. 说是“We will make
every effort to make a decision on this case as soon as the background

A follow-up inquiry was made to the Texas Service Center asking for

似乎是自动relink EB3到EB2的，虽然我也按照下面的帖子做了SR去re-link但是从来没
得到反馈。

好在没要求我RFE 体检之类的麻烦事。我的RD是去年今天估计体检没算过期 :-)
再有就是上周求安心也找了house的议员办公室填了表格fax过去一个form。
过两天打电话过去找了半天他们才确认收到了form，没任何反馈也不知道他们查询过
uscis。

你打电话做的request下面小字会有显示，什么时候的request, request assign了，
request complete了。 但是血泪教训是，就算那个request complete 了,也不保证
relink上了。 |

问题：后天要回中国一趟，国内呆一个星期。回美国的时候，这个绿卡状态没有问题吧
。有有效的AP卡和H-1B签证，但绿卡还没有寄出，或不在手里。有没有问题啊。
