来美国访学，在纽约州奥尔巴尼一家公寓租了房子。
2室1厅1卫1厨。租金930，不含取暖费。
租的时候，想个1室的，没有，只有2室的了。初来乍到，也不熟悉周边，没去别的公寓
去看，就跟经理看了一下要租的2室房子，美国出租的房子都差不多，啥家具都没有，
就是看看格局。一进门，客厅有点饭菜味，没当回事，进去一会就闻不出来了，看了卧
室、厨房、卫生间，都还算干净，感觉还可以，心想赶紧安顿下来吧。就同意签合同。
签的时候也没想到会发生以下的事情，就签了1年的合同，月付。
住进来1个多礼拜，那一进门的饭菜味仍然有，不爽。
后来，楼上卫生间漏水，导致我家的顶棚湿了一大片，还滴答水，报给office，修理工
隔开天花板，发现是楼上浴缸下水接头漏水，先去修楼上，然后把我的天花板用木板补
上，还刷了白色涂料，涂料味道很难闻，使得我一家人都不舒服，大人还可以，我家5
岁宝宝还病了一场，鼻炎和感冒。这几天，发现天花板还漏水，修理工没修好，这下太
气愤了，决心要退租。上次漏水去找office，说了要提前退租的事情，office经理说要

since the stupid dealership sprayed some lyso into my air intake two years
ago. These stupid assholes just wanted to make money from you.
Anybody knows how to get rid off some musty smell from seats and the
ceilling in the car?
After moving to this dead city, I found a lot of cars here have same issues
due to the high humidity.

mold-musty smell, oil-garlic smell, chemical voc odor, sewage garbage
smell, dead animal smell, etc, etc.
确定方位. attic, crawlspace, wood frame, drywall, paint, carpet, floor,
kitchen, bathroom, any particular room?
房法不外乎去除臭源, 通风, 或者用别的味道掩盖.
如果是木头霉味, 可以看inspection是否有mold, 换掉发霉的地方. |
