area新的university village有很多人住，学生,resident都住，museumpark离
downtown学校都远点。
bridgeport的独立屋要你自己管理，more return but more work,condo有monthly
assessment,assessment帮你管理很多东西,might be less return but you do less
work。
这都是大概的意思，具体还要看你买房是贷款还是现金，从这里算你的return大概是多
少，符合不符合你的expected return。
bridgeport的房租3bedroom最便宜可以从750块开始，museumpark 1bedroom起码1300. |
