警惕。为什么警察一方面说没有发现柳乾的死因，没有发现她被侵害和性侵犯的证据，
一方面又把DICKSON以First Degree murder起诉？
从目前调查情况看来可能的结果：检方根本拿不出证据证明DICKSON是First Degree
murder，因为First Degree murder是预谋杀人，但是这个案子显然不是预谋的，如果
是，他不会在被一个旁观者在视频上看见他和柳肢体冲突后还杀人，肯定是“激情杀人
”，应该是man slaughter或second degree murder，即非预谋性的。这样才能证明。
然后如果检方拿不出证据证明DICKSON的First Degree murder，他就会被无罪释放。注
意这从来是检察官政府方面的一个计策，故意以不可证明的罪名起诉，然后宣布无罪以
后就不可以再起诉他，因为有double jeopardy 的法律。
警察做的很多事都是相互矛盾的很可疑。为什么没有柳被性侵犯的检验，就说她没有被
性侵犯。
哪里有没有基本预谋杀人的证据就起诉预谋杀人？还要直接说没有证据。 |

I didn’t get a vote, but I saw all of the evidence and the jury
instructions, and I discussed the verdict with the jury after it was
delivered. Most of the public reaction I've seen has been surprise,
