1.加入connection

打网页上的电话。按1,按2.叫你输入加入时候的电话号码。
准备好笔记录你的mumber#.就可以用这个#+zipcode在dealpass上login了。
2.进入connection through dealpass
3.加入today escape的pop up应该出现
4.输入你的email, 加入today escap
5.用TE的ID进入dealpass, 选择Gas GC
电话877-820-6329。按1,按2.叫你输入加入时候的电话号码。

connect to your Gizmo SIP number, you pickup the call on your computer,
then GV will connect to the mumber you are calling.
as long as network traffic is not blocked, there should be no difference

简单背景介绍：
拖拖拉拉加上各种情况，导致OPT过期3个月前才开始着手绿卡申请。很幸运的是最花时
间也最不能控制的找推荐人没花太多时间，而且初稿过去后有的第二天就回信，最久的
也只花了4天就定稿了，所以才能及时把材料寄出。
没有媒体报道和得奖，paper 30+，citation 1300+，review 40+。

发帖数: 226 | 13 我办过那种Adult with Dependents，后来因为生二宝cancel了。
Joining fee交了$140，然后每个月$60，如果cencel，一年之内恢复mumber，Joining
fee不用再交。
我主要去游泳，每天一次，觉得有点浪费，他们的健身房还有各种健身班都不错的，但
是我没参加。
小孩子也是去游泳，有专门family pool和toldder pool，他们不允许小孩子去泳道，除
非通过他们的游泳测试。我家小孩在那里上的游泳课，没觉得什么特别，一个老师带两
个孩子，基本姿势也不怎么要求。就是能浮在水面游两下，然后给评个级别。到达一定
的级别才能去正式泳池。节日也有针对会员的活动，吃点热狗什么的，给小孩子玩一些
游戏。
我个人觉得也就是camp不错，小孩子去camp有会员优惠，我家孩子两年都在那里上的，
很喜欢。 |

我得committee mumber，我心中很诧异，随口敷衍几下，结果这个烂人居然第二天
让我帮他去干一些杂活，扫描什么的杂事，还说是我老板让我干得，我推了几天，
它就催我说我老板就快回来了，得赶紧什么的。我第二天赶紧给他干，刚刚要干得时候
我老板真的回来了，看见我问我干吗，我说帮他扫描，我老板说不用扫，他有电子版
的，让我别管了。我才知道那个韩国烂人原来是假借我老板的名义指使我，更可气
的是因为这件事穿帮了，他居然在我们groupmeeting的时候说为啥我得名字没有被我
老板提起，别人都有好多事情干，我怎么什么事情都没的干。还说他会给我一些事情干。
我老板当时就说，除了我别人都有事情，因为我是newguy，现在什么都不用干，以后
会干得，这个烂人还是喋喋不休的说我一个韩国师兄的名字被提了好多次分配任务，
而我一次也没有，什么的。
今天我主动出击，找我老板谈心，说我想要点事情干，免得这个烂人又要jjww
我老板倒是安慰我说不要理，说我是一个newguy，现在不用干活，他又安排，
又说让我不要在 |

我是 low carb 派的。
rule mumber 1: low carb, high heath fat, moderate protein
2。少吃任何面粉类食品。详情读 Wheat Belly 这本书
3。 锻炼太多了，一周三次比较好，身体要休息。没有休息的身体压力大，相关激素是
催肥的，没法减肥。
4。跑步减肥不是最佳，甚至可能丢失肌肉。你要加strength training. 就是练肌肉。
肌肉多了基础代谢高，
5 然后要量腰围，体重不是关键，体脂的比例是关键。腰围减了，体脂就减了。
减肥是三要素：饮食，睡眠，和锻炼
重要性是 5：3：2
