声喘了几口气，发出类似叹气的声音，眼角慢慢沁出一滴泪水。医疗监视器的警告声提
醒我，This is it。我的坚强的老公啊，我认识他以来从来没见他哭过，总算在他人生

还是不能服人，我无法从任何context中看出记者的意思是偷车不该被
打死，而且记者还说验尸官说是homicide，但是至于是否被起诉要看
调查结果，结尾再次强调还是要prosecutor来决定是否起诉。记者表
述现场有朋友的追思以及父亲很生气，采访了母亲的表态。在我和很多
底下评论的人看来家属的说法根本就站不住脚。这ms说明不了记者的
bias。更何况记者也想得到枪手的说法，只是枪手不愿意评论。
这里的重点是他有前科，本篇报道已经提供这样一个重要的事实。再要求mug shot
有点吹毛求疵，更何况我们无法排除mug shot的获取需要时间，因为新闻的时效
性，忽略mug shot而用文字表达来代替合情合理。如果反过来只有mug shot没
有文字表达那就有明显漏洞了，因为mug shot只是代表当事人被arrested过，
是否定罪和定的什么罪也许和本案一点关系都没有。 |
