己这儿大概10码左右没有接住球。 球被他自己踢到了己方端区，在端区控制了球。
开始裁判判safety。然后几个裁判开会后认定是muff the ball,not fumble。muff 以
后recover 不算safety,所以成了touch back，从己方20码开球。
如果这样的话这样muff岂不是比在１０码处fair catch更划算？
好像这个punt的muff规则很奇怪。 |

quite loud. most rifles are really loud that you don't want to stay with
them. shotguns are unbearable, typically I would put on both earplugs and
muffs.
.22 sounds like farts with muffs on. but you never take off your ear

ear muff的优势是保护效果好，简单易用。缺点是戴时间长了会耳朵可能可能被夹得疼
。还有就是在很热的地方会让耳朵周围出很多汗。最后就是如果买非电子耳罩。在靶场
里面和人讲话有点费劲，因为构造问题。电子耳罩的优势在于便于和人在靶场交流，但
是有可能会降低一些保护效果。这个就像是天平似的。
ear plug的优势在相当小，储存空间也小。戴起来不会给耳朵带来不适。缺点是相对同
级别耳罩来说，保护效果略差一些。而且，准备给耳道戴或者从耳道拔出的时候，ear
plug需要谨慎对待。戴不好会达不到保护效果。戴好了，使劲拔出来会有损耳道。但是
，只要知道正确的使用方法，就几乎没有问题。
还有就是专门定做自己的ear protection。这个就不属于讨论范围了。
eye protection建议买能保护到眼皮的。 |

NCAA的相关规则，拷贝如下。只做参考。规则说要距离接球队员1码之外，没有说必须

1。 如果是活底cheesecake pan or springform pan，不用铺底，因为横竖把边去掉后
可以用spatula 切出来
2。 如果是固定底的粘盘，要铺底，不然你怎么倒出来？
3。 如果是固定底的不沾盘，看你的盘是否山寨。足够好的，或者足够小的，不用铺底
，晃晃就掉下来了，如果是不怎么好，个人觉得最容易的办法喷PAM，然后边上包锡纸。
四周：是为了让蛋糕可以攀住东西爬的，就好像让你爬光滑圆柱体很难，但是爬粗糙的
树干就还有希望。所以
1。 沾盘：直接用就好
2。 不沾盘，要让batter有粗糙面可以攀，
2。1 bibo说的是用油和面粉层形成粗面，但是这个技巧在老美的pound cake拉，muff
in类dense cake里也是防沾技巧（为什么又防沾又让不沾模能被爬，原理我没想清楚）
2。2 爱厨推荐的parchment paper不是wax paper啊，注意。但是这个在倒扣的时候容
易让侧面形成“梯形”而不是直上直下。
2。3 锡纸：这个比较硬挺，不会造成梯形现象 |

3。 地大需要买刀片 ($15-$19 per universal replacement blade)，extra belts (
expensive!)。将来可能要火花塞 (not much)。
4。要一两个扳手 (Harbor Freight Tools)。换刀片用。
5。 收集废机油的容器 (如果你不想用牛奶罐的话)。

right safety precaution. Power tools are supposed to be noisy. More power
more noise. Like airplanes. You cannot make a quite airplane engine. For
your protection, always wear googles ($1.99/two pairs) and ear muffs ($2.99,
at Harbor Freight Tools). Noise will not be an issue. |
