另外想搭车问一下：
1.刚到美国时租车的费用是否可以报Moving expense呢，
好像没看到可以，也没看到不可以？
2.有一部分费用是12月底花掉的，1月份公司报销了，应该怎么填表？
13年度报税填入的话，是不是要在W2的总收入里加入这笔费用的钱？
（13年的W2表里面没有包含这笔费用，应该在14年的W2中会体现吧？
到14年报税的时候，还再把W2 box1的金额减去这部分吗？）
有点晕，请版上有经验的前辈指点一下 |

来，顺便把东西带过来了。
现在报税表，里面有moving cost这一项，如果多填一些，基本上federal tax就不用再
补了，不然还要补几百块钱。就是担心，比如我填5000块钱的moving cost，问题大吗

须直接把要交的税从我工资里扣走。
现在我opt结束没有h1公司把我外派加拿大现在是在加拿大的pay roll上， relocation
funding 是美国总部给的。hr说公司给的relocation funding只在美国是taxable
income.
1.我连美国的住址都没有了，发生在搬家之后的reimbursement都没法交洲税，难道只
交联邦税？
2. 美国都没法给我发工资了，怎么履行p521里的规定给我从工资里预扣税款呢？
3. 如果公司找到办法预扣我的税，那我把spending report拖到下个tax year,那我启
不是完全不用交税了，因为下年我不会在美国有任何收入。
我自己感觉哪里有点不太对，但公司hr没说有问题而且也不回答我的这些问题。所以只
能来版上问大家了。 |

我在现在这个consulting公司已经工作了三个月，组里的经理挺好的，很照顾新人，但
是HR很无语。我这个公司人挺多的，在美国有16个office，8500个人，名字叫C-i-b-e-
r（这样写是怕被google），但是我们local office的HR很令人无语。刚来的时候无论
是HM还是这个HR都promise会sponsor H1B，但是三个月过去了还没动静。我和经理都分
别去催过好几次，HR说no hurry，OPT还有很长时间，还说要请示corporate manager。
我现在心里七上八下，感觉她好像在忽悠。不过公司里development center一大帮老印
，感觉又不像不sponsor的样子。这样情况，是该继续push HR，还是应该move on？

My company lawyer (A top notch law firm in east coast) says EB2-I PD could
move as far as Q1 2008 by sep 2011. He said he got this information from his
govt. liaison. I have strong reason to believe my company lawyer because he
really has good contacts in the govt. My personal experience: USCIS screwed
up the PD on my I-140 (I-140 approval notice had wrong PD). My company
lawyer worked with govt. liaison and got it fixed in one week. That was

I read a lot of data and understand that my estimation is counter-intuitive
because it seems that
(1) the whole FY 2012 can't even process the current outstanding EBC2 cases.
(2) how can it move to December 2007?
However, hope for the best is my first hobby, and guess the VB is my second
hobby. |
