这个视频看得很清楚，两个警察在试图制服 Sterling，
没戴帽子的警察是跟Sterling 扭打的主力，开头几秒听不清楚。
4秒的时候，没戴帽子的警察说“he's got a gun, gun!",
戴帽子的警察马上拔枪，并在6秒的时候说“hey bro, you fucking move, I swear to
god”
说这句话的时间差不多用了2秒。
10秒的时候，连着两声枪响。。。
特别需要注意的是，最开始的两枪绝对不是那个戴帽子的警察开的，那个说“hey bro,
you fucking move, I swear to god”的警察并没有先开枪，枪有后坐力，这个警察
的前臂根本就没动。
很显然，先开枪的是那个在跟Sterling 扭打的没戴帽子的警察，这个警察什么时候掏
枪的，视频上看不出来。
为什么这点很重要的呢？

L簽證，過來的時候相關Moving的費用公司已經報銷了，按道理自己不需要再做
deduction了
但是在核對W-2表格的時候發現一個問題，把每個月的gross pay加起來比W-2的gross
pay少，差不多是moving expenses的錢，這樣的情況下，我到底要不要報moving
expenses呀？
（或者，本身每個月的gross pay加起來就可能和w-2的gross pay不匹配？）

relocation full GUP， 我发现公司把房租以及当时机票算在了 这个 moving and
relocation full GUP里面，这样导致了我的W-2上面的收入double了，现在要补1500+
的联邦税和1300+的州税
公司给REgualer salary入不过11000
请问这笔 moving and relocation full GUP 能算作1040nr表上的 move expenses吗
如果在补交快3000，我今年一共缴税有快7000了，其实我拿到手的收入算是学校做ta不
过22000，哭。。。。。 |

的Tax report，里面有这么几项：
Qualified (Excludable) Moving Expenses (这是支付给运输公司的打包运输费用）$
3409.55
Non-qualified (Taxable) Moving Expenses 包括两项：
All other taxable moving expenses (这是作为lum sum给我的) $8279.10
Tax Assistance (给了Federal, OASDI, Medicare) $4013.55
另外W-2里面的Box 12还有一项与Moving Expense有关的(Code P)$421.70，这项应该被
填写在3903表中的Box 4。
问题是：3903表格中的Box 1和Box 2分别填什么数字？是只填我收到的$8279，还是把
某些项目加起来填进去？

有个问题是，现在只有我老公搬过去了，家当和我还没有搬，这个moving 还没有发生
。可以填expected 数字吗？
还是这个要留到moving发生之后，填什么补报2015？
还是等报2016 tax year再报？

application+ move-in fee）以后，被告知必须7月1号入住，比我希望的入住时间早
了将近一个月，我现在的lease7月26号才结束，也就是要多交一千多的房租。
我在看公寓的时候，明确说明了是7月27号才搬进来，但是当时被告知没问题，现在突
然无理要求提前入住一个月。我要求取消application，但是对方一幅赖皮样子说就是
不给退400的move in fee，理由是这不是他们的错！当时跟我谈的那个staff现在打死
不承认当时她说的move in date没问题，但是我和我老公当时都在场，明确告诉过她，
而且我们并没有move in啊！
大家说说能怎么办才能把钱要回来呢？谢谢啊！找律师似乎不值得，律师费也很贵……
现在除了给网上一个差评，不知道还能怎么办哎…… |

from the moving date, I can bear the slow transportation of my books and

Last time I saw “吉祥搬家”ad on newspaper and used them. The two chinese
guys purposelly make it long time because they calculate about hour. They
stop many times to smoke. It took 7 hours move my two bedroom stuff from
Santa Clara to Fremont. They asked tip a lot. In addition, I also had friend
bought them good lunch (from resturants, three dishs with a soup). I will
never use the company again.

又发现问题，我会把它加上，并附上照片。然后把余下的deposit寄给他们，并附上一
张清单。从来没啥大问题。
但我moving-in checklist 是一定有的。理论上不在moving-in checklist 上的问题，
房客要负责。当然实际操作上要看具体情况。
如果去法庭没有moving-in checklist 的话，法官很有可能做出对房主非常不利的判决。
地毯脏要看具体的情况。但钉子洞房客是要负责的。弄坏东西也要从deposit中扣。 |

看trailer，和wiimote在使用上没有大区别。就像大家说的，看精度了。
wiimote在大电视上的精度简直不能忍，差了有30度左右。
将move应用在射击游戏上，这个我觉得主要是改善瞄准问题，将控制器鼠标化了。
这样的操作是否能够长时间的玩，决定了它是否能被大家接受，能否有生命力。
对hc gamer来说，至少有一点是共同的，就是玩游戏的时间很长，那种需要站在地上，
身体晃来晃去的操作绝对没法hc。长时间游戏的必然是靠在沙发上，做尽量少的动作就
能操纵游戏内容，并且可能需要快速发出指令。
同样的东西，做的质量不同，感觉也会不同，大家都做电视，sony的电视大家都认为是
顶级的。所以，这个move也是可以期待的。也许move会改变射击游戏的操作方式。使得
以后XBOX的射击玩家都没法忍手柄瞄准了而转投PS3，也说不定。
至于其他体感的东西，我觉得不值一提。wiimote的精度虽然差，可是也差不多够了。
游戏上也没有必要上那么复杂的画面。
kinect:
这个东西完全奔着体感去的。从技术角度讲，就一个字，牛。
但是体感在现阶段有两个问题无法逾越，1.人没有办法做大范围的 |

在娱乐性上来说(对我来说这些游戏都是一堆人party玩的 我不care电脑对手的水平如

我觉得MOVE根本没有提高 唯一的好处是圆筒的手柄挥起来比wii的塑料套感觉舒服点
版上有几个说MOVE的 但好象没有和Wii MP比较的 谁来说一下?
要是光觉得背景和人物比卡通的Mii好看这种理由就算了..
估计MOVE要红 还得靠射击游戏(如果支持好的话) |

手PS3 MOVE了。安装比我想象的容易多了，完全的即插即用。看完介绍我还在骂娘：尽
是虚活，啥设置都没有，吹了半天连乒乓球都不亮，能好使吗。结果进运动冠军一看，
还真行。
动作捕捉的不错。玩角斗士基本上是指哪打哪。一把大剑上下翻飞很是爽快。打得电脑
丢盔弃甲。问题是一刻钟以后我也是一身白毛汗。够累的。射箭比较容易，轻松搞定青
铜级别。乒乓球有点意思，但还没掌握好力度和角度。排球居然也要和打真球一样垫球
扣球，但感觉没有角斗爽快。
在家里一场演示下来立马和LD达成共识，还要再进一个按摩棒才行。以后少不得还要买
navigator。加上充电器，又是一堆附件，够热闹的。一个副作用就是演示的时候小家
伙也在旁边，没过一会两个小人一人抓一个泡沫棍就开始PK了。。。。。。
同学们有没有什么其他move游戏推荐？KZ3有人说精度有限，犹豫中。PS3上的射击游戏
我一直不太感冒。我想进一个拳击格斗类的，看了看fight什么的截图，好难看。LBP2

我今天打电话了，说是 99/hour, 3 men.我问他们不是85/hour吗，他们说是 99/hours
.可能现在是高峰期涨价了。
My moving is local, less than 0.5 miles, will charge me 0.5 hour for travel
time. Then charge 99/hour from the
start of moving to the end, if takes 4 hours, about $440. 3 hours minimum ,
if only takes 2 hours, still charge 3 hours. 有些贵！
