比如吃饭的时候不小心咬破，用eagleflying的建议，早晚饭后使用漱口水mouthwash，
另外有意识摄取维生素b,c组和叶酸。如果是一般的化学因素造成的口腔溃疡，连吃三
天B2，另外保证充足的睡眠，多喝水。如果三天后不见效，要去看医生。如果是单纯疱
疹病毒，吃B2也不好使，马上看医生，医生可能会酌情开抗病毒药。另外如果病人在减
肥阶段，月经期间或更年期，口腔溃疡通常是身体免疫系统自然的生理反应，通常不吃
药保证休息睡眠也会见好。整个发病期不能吃辛辣和过酸性食物。 |

后来到NJ,同事推荐的牙医,同时也是gum specialist. 看了一下说你的gum大有问题.
去看牙医的时候,牙医会用探针去探每个牙齿的gum, 然后给一个数字.通常好的牙龈探
针探的时候不会出血. 而我当时基本每个牙龈一碰就出血.
当时牙医推荐方法是割开gum,消毒清洗,然后缝上.
第一次做左边,麻醉后用手术刀割开. 做完后满嘴是血阿.
第二次做右边,说他们具备了激光刀,这个对止血有用.
然后就是深度洗牙. 原来是一年两次,后来牙医说你刷牙刷的不干净.建议一年4次. 同
时要求用floss和mouth wash并要求延长刷牙时间.
这样两,三年下来吧.gum终于有显著好转.大部分gum的指数都很好.
然后就是看indivudual的牙齿了,该补的补,该装crown的装crown.反正每次都是保险用
完等下年.

这是要你命三千，现在分享给大家。
前提：把长了mildew的叶子和花毫不留情的减掉，放袋子里扎紧了扔掉。
要你命三千：
■1 tbsp vegetable oil
■1 gallon unchlorinated water
■1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
■1 tsp Listerine (yes, the famous mouthwash, not mint flavour, just regular)
■1 tbsp liquid soap
■1 ½ tbsp baking soda
■Pump sprayer (large)
后续：我在网上做了些research，一致的说法是rose要早上浇水，浇在叶子上能把
mildew的孢子冲掉，水也要浇够，缺水也是mildew的主要诱因之一。

如果你刷牙习惯不好的话, 那么洗牙的次数要增多,比方3个月一次. 象我这种,呵呵.
