我正好因为其他运动，需要用mouthguard，所以也就有了
这个东西应该对举重有提升作用（我现在做大重量的时候有时候都会不自觉的感觉
臼齿之间的强烈咬合，摩擦）
那么出于一般训练的目的，有必要举重的时候戴这个吗？
这样boost出来的多余的重量，按理来说也不算cheat吧

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Syndrome）看orafacial...结果我去预约，最早都必
须等到11月29号，我就自己查了一些资料，据说mouthguard有帮助，我就找我的牙医，
他说做这个，我需要copay200刀，原价是1000刀，其余的是保险公司付。。。一个
mouthguard,加上人工这么贵！！！
