保密 否则一旦漏出迹象 马上有人跟风或者狙击
投行如Goldman Sachs J.P. Morgan Credit-Suisse Morgan Stanley 的报告 基本是噪声
Brokers 如IB 肯定是sell side
另外一些专门卖文章的如Seeking Alpha, Motley Fool, The Street 肯定也是sell
side 基本是没用/误导的

根据4月29日百度刚发布的2016年Q1财报，百度总营收为158.21亿（人民币），而网络
营销的收入为149.31亿（人民币），占总营收的94%。百度CFO李昕晢明确表示，医疗是
百度最挣钱的广告投放行业之一。
2015年摩根大通在一份分析报告中估算，医疗相关广告占百度2014年总营收15%至25%，
“莆田系”在其中约占三分之一到一半，也就是百度总营收的5%到12%。
财新网援引一位美国公募基金分析师的分析称，如果莆田系广告被封，假设百度市盈率
不变，那么百度股价将比周五收盘价格下跌9%至22%。假如中国政府未来禁止整体医疗
类广告投放，那么百度股价将下跌28%至47%。
百度财报中预计第二季度的营收将会介于201.10亿元到205.80亿元之间，按照2014年的
占比来算，如果莆田系广告被封，百度营收或将损失10亿元到24.6亿元；如果取消医疗
广告的投放，那么百度营收或将损失30亿到50亿元。
这将对百度5120亿估值的搜索业务带来巨大打击，而对百度航母中仍需要大量补贴的业
务会带来较大的辐射影响。

借了19元钱买下了Motley Crue的畅销大碟《Girls,Girls,Girls》，并
把它藏在黄军装背后偷偷带入家中开始的吧！那时电唱机早已被淘汰，
而我连这种被淘汰的设备都没有。“那我为什么要买这张密纹唱片呢
？”事后我也常常扪心自问。如果对专辑的接触算是摇滚启蒙的开始，
那么在我初中时用攒下来的钱，买来了生平第一盘盒带----也是第一
张摇滚专辑----《达明一派?精选》又算不算是一种开始呢？事实
上，十岁的时候我就从姐姐翻录来的带子上听到了Madonna“Crazy
For You”，并为之痴迷了许久。如果这么算来，我的摇滚年龄应该有
十年了！
在这一段信息较为闭塞的年代里，摇滚乐作为文化封锁的漏网之鱼，

band, poison... skid row新主唱还行，唱老歌挺有感觉的，可惜废话太多，新歌难听。
vince neil就是一个傻叉，唱的都是motley crue的老东西，poison么，没什么变化，
听起来和我买的live cd也差不多。反正多喝点啤酒也无所谓了。 |
