PD），2009年底批准。2009年4月申请EB1a,2010年1月RFE后被拒。 2012年1月排期到了
和lg一起基于NIW被批准的140递交I485，后来陆续收到EAD和AP。我本人没有申请EAD，
还用H1b。都是DIY。
今天收到cis的正式拒信了。原因让人气愤。说是根据USCIS的纪录，我的I140表在2010
年1月被拒了，所以我不具备递交485的资格。我把信录了一遍在下面，请大家给看看是
不是这个意思。
他们一个不负责任的错误，我们就又得打仗似地应对，人力物力财力。觉得挺委屈的，
运气怎么这么差。身体、工作、孩子的原因，本来就疲惫不堪了，结果这样少见的事情
还让我们遇见了。而且因为我DIY，现在都不知道该怎么办，是自己弄还是请律师，是
reopen还是reconsider还是appeal，有什么区别？肯请大家帮帮我给出出主意吧。先谢

I think I have figured out the reason McHale is irritated with not just
Jeremy Lin but with any starting point guard he’s had (Lowry and Dragic are
recent examples).

The only major game category where I see motion blur as an optional feature
are high speed racing games. Because objects move so fast you are traveling
large distances even within a single frame so there is huge discretization
of scenes. Motion blur can give you the feeling of traces for surrounding
objects and taillights, which is indeed mimicing how human eyes process
those so called lightspeed scenarios.

USB 可以加长 - USB Repeater Cable.
Linux 支持的Cam, Motion 应该可以用。
Motion 可以装在各种Polular Linux Distro 上。
我是自己装的机器，买的是NewEgg上的最Basic／Cheap的零件（Intel Celeron G540
2.5GHz)
我是Linux菜鸟，只懂最基本的指令。考虑过ZoneMinder，觉得有点复杂，还有人说fps
太低， 就放弃了。
我的 Motion 大部分还保留了Default的设置。
７／２４ 开着，开机自动进入Motion Detection。
１２８０x７２０ １０fps. Individual Pictures ＋ Video。
平时我的Motion占８％左右的CPU. 录制时有１５％ 左右。 |

“斥力子理论” 是一种新物质作用理论，实际上也是一种物理哲学理论。它的代
表性文章是《论“斥力子”的存在及其意义》，另外还包括《相对性效应和牛顿定律的
本质》、《物理学中精细结构常数的理论推导与解释》等几十篇论文。同牛顿的苹果从
树上掉下来的万有引力理论相对应，这是一个可称作“苹果如何转移到树上去的‘万有
斥力’理论”。该理论认为，地面的物体一旦动起来，不管方向如何，都具有一种挣脱
地球引力的能力，就好象物体吸收了一种对抗万有引力的物质那样。“斥力子理论”把

我是带两个孩子的妈妈， 经过一年多的官司，刚刚得到法院的判决书，终于争回了孩子的监护权和抚养费， ex必须支付我几乎全部的律师费用。 只有3%的案子走到终审Trial，我的案子是其中之一。今天我把自己的经历写出来，想告诫要分开的朋友在签离婚协议书时一定不要为了省事或为了省律师费而造成过后更多的麻烦。

楼主没有提过这个motion。traffic court的motion都是上庭后法官才会看的，届时，楼主也有口头argue的机会，不可能楼主只argue for this motion。而且根本没有法庭记录。你说什么都可以。
据楼主情况，肯定没听说过或发过什么motion。法官只是乱判，traffic court 无赖很
多，有时候即使应判你赢，为了不让其他无赖在一审看到希望，也会直接判输。这种情

发帖数: 97 | 43 优点：除了每个摄像头$20，总投资很少，基本是废物利用。高清720p分辨率。不走线
。录像motion activate, 灵敏度可调。安装在窗户内，不扰邻。
缺点：无夜视，无声音，不防水，要熟悉linux, 少量编程。
1.找一台8年新的laptop,安装ubuntu(想更清爽，装lubuntu或debian).
2.买一个720p的USB camera, Logitech的就很好，优点是default对焦无穷远。也可用
Microsoft的$30左右，图像更sharp,但缺点是default自动对焦(效果奇差),每次加电要
run对焦无穷远的command。
3.找一台台式机做网盘,Windows Share a folder即可， 或Ubuntu装samba.
4.摄像头夹在窗沿，laptop的WiFi连router.
5.在ubuntu里mount网盘至/media,设启动自动mount
6.在ubuntu里sudo apt-get install motion
7.按motion的说明设置config file. Start motion.

本不想回此贴，但还是禁不住要和你理论一番。
你的JIGGING 的MOTION是比较大，但你知道吗。你的杆比我的不知道软到那里去了。
MOTION虽大，但杆头移动有限，被缓冲掉了，就好像用MONO线作YO-YO JIGGING,上面折
腾了半天，底下bait没有动静。我的杆硬，不可能做较大的motion。再告诉你一个真相
，对于某一固定轮，vertical jigging时，最终的走线速度取决于总的crank速度，而
不是你持杆臂的motion幅度。而杆臂的motion幅度要和你的crank速度相协调

刚来的时候觉得1米/秒巡航没啥，因为游50码已经到了1米/秒。现在才体会到百米冲刺
的速度跑马拉松不容易。哈哈。
