UMass做CRISPR的教授Ryder公布了部分GeneEditSummit会议贺建奎所披露的数据，从纯
粹基因编辑的角度让人担忧的是，基因编辑并不成功。
娜娜有两个被编辑的CCR5单倍基因突变体，Ins1和Delta4（为了避免Mosaicity），
Ins1有11个与野生型（WT）完全不同的氨基酸序列，这11个氨基酸也是比经典
CCR5delta32多出来的；Delta4比Delta32多了9个氨基酸，但9个氨基酸序列也和WT完全
不同，也就是说在不考虑脱靶和其他技术威胁的情况下，娜娜每个单倍体CCR5基因被编
辑了完全非自然的CCR5基因。目前尚不知道这对发育意味着什么，因为这两种CCR5突变
从来没有过动物模型甚至没有细胞系研究。这样的突变可能造成显性基因隐性化，或基
因获得新功能，甚至发生机体形态学变化。当然，更不要说脱靶的危害。
而露露并不是CCR5delta32，从所披露的数据来看只有一个单倍体CCR5 WT被随机删除了

genotype，这种差别在一个个体人出现是过去没有的，因为单细胞受精卵发育成多器
官多细胞的人体就会有mosaic现象。这么多的不同突变其中很可能有严重的突变如染色
体换位或几千碱基对漂移，那谁能保证这些不是癌症细胞的开始？在外界环境诱因下就

首先尼罗河注意到贺博士所谓的道歉。很多人满心盼望着贺博士低头认罪。但是，贺博
士的道歉不是为成功创造基因宝宝的成就道歉。而是为将这一成就首先通过公共媒体发
布而非在专业平台发布对业内人士表示歉意。在尼罗河看来，这纯粹是为了争取科学界

万像素图像传感器OV64C，尺寸为1/1.7英寸，单像素尺寸为0.8μm。豪威表示，OV64C
采用了其最新的滤光片堆叠技术和电子防抖技术，在照片和视频的拍摄性能上都有一定
提升。
豪威主要竞争对手索尼和三星的6400万像素传感器分别为IMX686和ISOCELL GW1，尺寸

tampa 10W的收入，一家的话，税后也没多少。基本上你可以把美元和新币1：1当作再
tampa和新加坡花吧。所以你就当作你家庭收入8万新币吧。
Tampa生活费用不高，但是学校不好，就业上，除了环境土木，没什么大的工业，有个
mosaic化肥公司，有个vorizon等，反正整体就业机会不多。
收入整体偏低，工程师类工作到50来岁作上principal之类的能有个base 12万，但是
Florida这个地方你就别指望有多少甚至有没有bonus了，年轻人肯定不会有在美国其他
地方很容易上10万的机会。
环境上，当然tampa更好，整体气候感觉也和新加坡差不多吧。自己做饭的话，两个地
方差不多，因为tampa有中国食品批发市场，所以日常吃的是我在美国见过最便宜的地
方，比Houston还便宜。除去吃饭那就和美国一个样子了。
美国中小学教育我觉得很糟糕，Florida又是糟糕中的糟糕。
算你们两个人在tampa家庭收入20万，相比于大多数当地中国人，算是很不错的。但是

Depending on the look you want and price you want to pay, I would suggest
natural stone material with under floor heating element. You may want to
cosider mosaic tiles for your bathroom, some large pieces can get very
slipery when wet.

Depending on your room size and tile size, buy 10% more, even more if your
bathroom is small, you will need cut/waste some on the edge. If you using
mosaic tile, maybe not so much waste.
2． 买瓷砖，工具，大牛们能不能说说都需要买什末？
Just the basic stuff, HD or Lowes people can help you. But if you are
tilling your shower, I would suggest you use Kerdi system, not only does it
come with very nice looking drain, it will not leak (very important)

Only large piece of polished marble with water on top of it will be slipery.
If that is your concern, use honed mosaic pieces in the middle of the room,
even when wet, you will not slip, because of all the grout lines. |
