当时没人在 所以留了张纸条在对方车上 想着联系赔偿啥的。 结果车主联系了我 同时
还叫了警察 结果警察过来处理完后 给了我一张ticket.
charged原因是 Operate a motor vehicle on a street or highway by failing to
see before starting that such movement could be made in safety.(G.S. 20-154)
other information - Traffic : Light, Accident: NO.
八月份就要上庭了 想问下 这张ticket有可能被驳回或者取消吗？因为现在还是
learner permit, 非常担心会换不到驾照，谢谢。

Duke。我在那里生活了几年，希望可以提供一些生活方面的帮助。去之前，肯定是先买
房子，建议不要在Durham买，原因众所周知。可以考虑在Chapel Hill买，估计你们的
小孩都在上小学或中学吧，那里的学校好。但是，房子可能老，ChapelHill 的城市规
划交通都不好。现在很多人在Durham和Raleigh之间的Cary, Morrisville and Apex这
些小Town买，这些年那里盖了很多新的生活区，规划的也很好，开车到Duke大概15-20
分钟 （高速40），您们肯定是停在只有教授才可以停的车库了。住在这几个小Town，
去大亚洲买中国菜比较方便。如果住Durham和Chapel Hill，去黎明的Global Mart比较
方便，但它家的肉没有大亚洲新鲜。这几个城市周围有很多中国餐馆，虽然跟西雅图纽
约洛杉矶的没法比，但比美国很多其他地方的都好。您们的小孩将来在Duke上大学是免
学费的（据我导师讲的他的小孩将来是免费的）。北卡四季分明，生活方便，消费低，

公司在北卡三角区 （morrisville)会有两个位置，已经批准了。公司是卖security
chip，network processor之类的硬件，但openning是软件部。可预见的requirement
1) C programming and embedded software experience 5years+
2) tcp/ip protocol, security protocol such as IPsec/IKE
3) due to product and client requirement，可能要绿卡。不过俺当年是H1B过来的
，希望给他们树了个榜样哈

要求改到 MORRISVILLE, NC, US. 打电话到联想， 说是他们的warehouse. 他们再要
求重邮寄到我的地址 (Boston, MA)。今天查状态说是 out for delivery. 但不是我家
的地址而是他们的warehouse.
