手续费3.95
不过也需要验证你的个人信息（ssn后四位甚至全部ssn，甚至需要上传ssn复印件）

其实discover这个功能我只用过一次
只是因为一向很少用cc付小额，
尤其discover好像手续费不低
所以这么说
paypal我基本都走checking，还行 |

另外还可以互转到每月上限 利用2%的日子 |
