蘇．夢．奇德（Sue Monk Kidd, 1948, 8, 12~）美國當代著名的小說家，出生於喬治
亞州的小鎮席維斯特(Sylvester)，一個被她暱稱為永恆
不渝的地方。故鄉的風土，日後深深影響她的創作。奇德的文學啟蒙相當早，自十三歲
聽父親天馬行空講述故事起，就渴望成為作家。但因勇
氣不足，並受到六○年代末南方的文化氛圍影響，便選擇了傳統的人生道路；大學主修
護理，畢業後在大醫院擔任護士。但寫作的慾望，始終
難以壓抑，終於在三十歲生日那天，向丈夫和兩個孩子宣佈：「我要成為作家。」而後
奇德便循序而緩慢地朝作家之路邁進。 她先成為
《Guidepost》雜誌的編輯，繼而推出兩部深獲肯定的回憶錄，然而小說創作才是她最

一句话，monk就是一位疼领导, 宠领导，时刻想着领导的绝对合格的二把手
这一点，偶想大家都是有目共睹的。
当monk LD稍显累状时，monk马上停下脚步，来到LD身旁，进行细致入微的关怀(此处细节
忽略)。令在场所有有LD的男士在敬仰之余，同时感受到了压力。其余大小男光光也清楚
意识到今后任重道远
再说monk LD吧
在聚餐腐败时，炸田鸡刚上，她就夹了一大块放到monk盘里，直接抒发了对下级出色工作
的认可。

中国佛教徒大多听过一句话∶你不要执著。这可能做到吗？
从佛法来说，执著有两种∶从见解而来的执著，与从情感而来的执著。
佛与阿罗汉没有这两种执著。其他有学与凡夫，必然有这两种执著，只是程度不同。
从见解而来的执著,从原始佛法来说，是与自我相应，与常乐我净相应的所有见解。从大乘唯识来说，是遍计所执。从大乘中观来说，是自性见。只有修习现观才能彻底断除从见解而来的执著。
从情感而来的执著是依靠从见解而来的执著。继续修习现观，也终将破除从情感而来的执著。

他昨天大老远跑来接俺，又大老远地送俺回家，俺到家都快3点了，他到家估计4点了。
真是让人感动......（等等，让俺擦擦眼泪）。
inch老大，啥时候有空就来俺们这疙瘩转转，俺请你吃饭。
还有，感谢monk能想起俺，昨天终于见到了好几年未曾谋面的monk。
monk还是那么意气风发，青春年少，
生活比原来更幸福了，事业比原来更发展了，人生比原来更完整了，
总之一句话，做人比原来更成功了。
俺自从来到这里一直没有找到组织，monk在百忙之际仍然能心里装着俺这个trivial guy
不能不让人感叹，这真是俺“交友甚慎”的一个经典case。
从monk和inch两位老大身上，俺充分感受到了成功人士的个人魅力
“穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下”，古人诚不我欺。
做人难，做男人更难，做个inch/monk那样的成功男人是难上加难。
象俺这样的，至少就目前看来，还是没法向两位老大全面学习，
不过从今天开始，俺要象两位成功人士学习，从“日行一善”开始做起。
一个人的能力有高低，有了这点精神，就是一个高尚的人，一个纯粹的人，
一个脱离了低级趣味的人 |

是的，最近国外几个大城市的接头，来了一批亚洲面貌的和尚们。 他们在街头拦
住你兜售小护身符或者手串项链，以“筹集善款”。
这件事，
要从最近英国媒体的几条新闻说起……
“大批‘僧侣’现身伦敦，纠缠游客索要现金”
“假和尚骚扰伦敦游客，值得警惕”
报道表示，最近伦敦市区忽然出现了许多身穿僧袍的“和尚”，在街上拦住行人索
取“善款”
当然，他们并不是空手套白狼张口就要钱，而是会拿一个“佛法加持”的金色护身
符来跟行人交换
护身符上面写着“WORK SMOOTHLY, LIFETIME PEACE"
有点眼熟？
就是”工作顺利，一生平安“的英文直译版-。-
据许多游客描述，如果不给钱，这些假和尚会一直跟着他们不停纠缠，如果给得少
会被嫌弃，会被要求再给点。
最终这些假和尚要到的钱数通常是50便士到20英镑不等
最后，记者拍到了两位假和尚坐在长椅上抽烟谈笑的画面
好吧……
然而！！
伦敦出现假和尚并不是个例。
