发帖数: 471 | 18 我的monitor是samsung 22"的。推荐resolution是1920x1080.一直用的好好的。昨天用了一个在线播放器，休眠一晚上后屏幕就变窄了。把频率调到30hz就回到原来的大小，但是没法看。现在用的是1080x720的resolution,60hz.
显卡是nVIDIA的。把硬件加速去掉restart也没用。monitor自带的button只能调一点宽度。
怎么才能调回去呢？谢了先。 |

效，所以想说几句。首先，我没有买心率仪，开始是觉得好的MONITOR有点贵，后来看
见版上的大牛们都有，正准备出血买一个，又看到了不少人说，那种绑在胸口上的
MONITOR在长距离的奔跑中会勒出道道的血印，当然大牛们说这些的时候仍然是在谈笑
风声，而我就被吓的打消了念头。
我的做法供你参考：我是比较相信在MAF下长时间的跑步有很好的减肥效果，我是在GYM
跑步的时间比较多，所以多会在跑步的时候多次握住跑步机的把手来测量心率，我觉得
还是比较准确的。再着呢，你跑多了，就算不测，自己心里也有个大体的谱，我觉得只
要你边跑步能边不费劲的和周围的人说话，你的心率就不会很高。
这是我个人的看法，希望版上的牛人们指教。 |

I am not sure the simple one. Normally I just search for any product in the
known brands to see if there is anything matching my budget and need. Polar,
Suunto and Garmin are the good ones I know. Nike also makes the heart rate
monitors, but I don't know its quality. |
