This is a place in the north of Sakhalin where even a Sakhalin dweller
rarely comes, tourists are not even mentioned. It’s a desert island Moneron
in the Japanese Sea. Quite hard-to-reach because it is a border zone, a
special permission is needed for debarkation.
Sakhalin is the world third place inhabited by sea lions. They are so
interesting to watch!
