figure 2C 用了chi-square test 不能理解
我的理解数据是这样的：
以figure2 C,chromosome 2的图，第5天的数据为例子 （红框内数据）,这一天的数据
是monastrol significant,所以有个星号
control conditon有5%的cell 有deviation (supplimentary tableS2 红框内数据)
monastrol condition下， clone 10 有21.9%的cell 有deviation(supplimentary

我的理解是只有一个数据的话，没办法做统计。如果control和monastrol condition分
别有3个数据的话，勉勉强强可以用student t test。请问我的想法对不对。如果我的

发帖数: 11639 | 3 想了一想，是不是用了类似fisher exact test, 用的不是%而是实际的数据计算出来
的？
比如 control cell 计数了200个，其中10个有变化 (5%)
monastrol condistion计数了 300个，66个有变化 (21.9%)
然后就可以计算chi square pValue了？ |
