Momenta现在被Sandoz/Novartis买下来了，他们主要是做一些比较复杂的分子的
generic，不能算传统的generic，也不是真正意义的biosimilar (我个人起码不这么认
为）。最成功（也是目前唯一一个成功，不过确实赚了好多钱，所以他们才这么招人）
的就是号称第一个blockbuster的generic Enoxaparin。他们的核心技术大概是对一些
高分子，多糖.....进行成分分析（只能这么简单说说了），你去恶补下biosimilar的
基本知识，读读他们关于Enoxaparin的专利和这段历史（包括他们跟FDA 的那些
Citizen Petition讨论），估计聊天的时候会比较有用。

安省省警反诈骗调查组称犯罪分子兜售自动交易系统，承诺高回报进行诈骗。Martin Murray警官表示，2007年底，警方在接到其中一名投资者的举报后展开了调查。同时他提醒说，如果回报率异常地高，投资者在投资时要谨慎。
多伦多男子——Howard Rash，62岁和Alexander Funt，78岁——已被起诉。Murray称这两人有金融业背景，在Momentas Corp.公司工作，是该公司的负责人。
Rash在接受采访时说：“案子还没有上法庭……我无可奉告。我认为法庭会做出决断。”周二，位于Adelaide St. W.366号的Momentas Corp的电话无法接通，Funt则联系不上。
“我已经很长时间没有见到Funt了，我不知道他住在哪。”Rash说。

士的报告题为《机器学习在工作中的应用：从推荐系统到互联网金融》。
项亮简单介绍了博士起的工作经历，并回顾了本人在推荐系统领域所做的工作。关于推
荐系统，他阐述了评分预测、Top-K预测、点击率预估、主题模型、深度学习等五个方
面内容。项亮曾供职于宜信，将机器学习应用到贷款的风险控制中，成功降低贷款项目
的坏账率且实现盈利。而机器学习与人脸识别如何在金融反欺诈领域应用也是话题之一
。核心问题是鉴别“你面对的是一个人还是一只狗”（或一张照片）。项亮笑说：在地
下的非法产业中，蕴藏了大批的人工智能顶级科学家。例如常规的人脸识别左右眨眼本
意是区分真人与照片。搞笑的是“道高一尺魔高一丈”，非法骗贷产业早有高人破解了。
2016年11月，项亮加入今日头条，从事机器学习与计算机视觉工作。他在答疑环节遇到

It has been on the FDA desk for a while and can be approved anytime.

A more accurate relation (which seems to me) is that temperature is a purely
thermodynamically defined thing, namely from the Carnot cycle, and the average
kinetic energy of the system is related to the temperature in classical
statistical mechanics through the equipartition principle, but this is only
valid for gas, not valid for liquid or solid.

Actually, equipartition principle is still widely used in the most common
molecular dynamics software (like insight) to extract temperatures out from
pure momenta, no matter what substance is, asfar as I know. It seems that
you mean the temperature can not be regarded as the single function of the
kinetic energy for liquids, which means the a |

principle, if there is an interaction part which is momenta independent
(e.g. two body potential), then you can not integrate out the momentum part
as they only enter in the hamiltonian as kinetic energy, so the equipartition
principle still holds for kinetic energy. If the interaction
part depends on the momentum, then we can not have the same result.
So I guess you are right. I was misleading. |
