快讯：汉堡王与加拿大快餐连锁店提姆霍顿(Tim Hortons)证实双方成功完成合并谈判
，合并后公司总销售额将达到230亿美元，将超越和星巴克和Subway成为世界第3大快餐
连锁巨头。
双方购并协议将每股提姆霍顿(Tim Hortons)估值为89.32加元，较其过去30天加权平均
股价溢价39%。比2009年Tim Hortons月20$的股价更高去数倍。
汉堡王的控股股东3G公司拥有合并后公司51%的股份，股神巴菲特旗下公司伯克希尔哈
撒韦将为此次购并提供30亿美元融资。
Tim Hortons股价盘前再次上涨10%，汉堡王股价盘前下跌0.5%。
提姆霍顿(Tim Hortons)是具标誌性的加拿大公司之之一，可能遭美国汉堡王(Burger

国际在线专稿：据美国《时代》7月13日报道，由于美国明尼苏达州议会没能及时
通过本年度预算案，导致该州政府已经“关门”近两周，一些酿酒商因缺少今年的生产
许可证件，导致无法正常生产。现在明尼苏达州酒吧或商店储存的啤酒几乎已经喝光，
全州出现“啤酒荒”。
美国知名啤酒商米勒康胜(MillerCoors)在明尼苏达州的39个啤酒品牌生产许可证
已于6月30日到期。可是由于州政府7月1日关门，导致他们无法申请新的许可证。米勒
康胜发言人朱利安·格伦(Julian Green)说，他们依然希望通过与政府部门协商解决问
题，但也不排除采取法律手段的可能。
受影响的酿酒商不仅仅只有米勒康胜，还包括乔治基利安(George Killian's)、蓝
月(Blue Moon)以及进口商比尔森(Pilsner Urquel)和莫尔森(Molson)等。除了酿酒商

what weissbier tastes like). I did try Blue Moon Belgian White (by Molson

canucks的回忆吧。
1995年移居到加拿大，刚去加拿大时还是个足球迷（90年代初的孩子都是红黑米兰迷，
你懂的）。冰球在加拿大就像宗教，我很快就开始迷上冰球，自然而然拥护本地的球队
，vancouver canucks.
很多人不看冰球，因为球速太快跟不上，于是当年ABC好像还试验过转播时在冰球后加
上一个轨迹，red for shot, blue for pass. 这当然被加拿大人嗤之以鼻，molson 啤
酒还专门作了一个广告嘲笑美国人。
说起来我运气比较差，之前的一年canucks刚刚进入stanley cup finals, 七场惜败给
ny rangers。当年的队里也颇有几个大牌球星。首屈一指的就是Pavel Bure, aka
Russian Rocket。这哥们的启动速度绝对是冰球史上第一，每次break-away进球都能让
人热血沸腾，他short-handed进球比不少人power-play还要多。还有就是队长golden
