一 事件回顾
事情是在2014年12月份30日发生的。张某某是一位50岁的中国男子，在亚特兰大经营一
家小小的搬家公司，2014年12月30日的时候，帮助另一个中国人家庭李家搬家。李家自
租一辆uhal要搬去纽约，雇佣张某某为其装车，这个家庭有一那时是6岁的女孩和一个1
岁半的男孩。在搬运过程中，李叫来警察，说张性侵了他的女儿。张被起诉，被判25年
的徒刑。三项罪名全部成了，其中两项Child Molestation, 一项是AggravatedSexual
Battery.
二 性侵过程
根据法院文件，小女孩的说词是：
当时，她和小弟弟在床下玩儿，张先生把裤子和内裤全部脱掉给她看他的生殖器，然后
把手伸进她的阴部，她从床下出来后，张先生又抓住她的手让她摸他的下体。小女孩画
出张先生把裤子脱下来的情况，并又单独画出一个他的下体图，画面极其逼真。

如果那个老张老李给小孩刮痧，我敢打包票父母报警的话，也一定会被定罪。华人管得

中国人的文化传统和白人不一样。这种情况下，套用对小孩的“性侵”，只需要小孩的
证词，而不需要物证就定罪，被冤的可能性比抓到坏人的可能性大多了。

面的说辞。因为第一判决Aggravated sexual battery （实质性进入体内），实在没有
任何证据，那孩子并没有任何身体上的伤害证明！（这在案发当时，对小女孩和张都做
了身体检查，彼此都没有对方的DNA，没有任何的性侵的证据，张还是被判了！！！

一：事由

，改为两项较轻的性攻击及非法禁锢罪。法官判决缓刑释放，反转初审判刑25年。
据悉，张连德是于2014年12月30日，带着两名工人为一家华人搬家，而张被控于原告父
母均在场的搬家现场时，性侵犯年幼女童。
福赛思法院于2016年3月30日审结，张连德被控加重情节性攻击罪、和两项儿童猥亵罪(
Child Molestation)，最低刑期25年，当庭落监。张连德不服初审判决，聘请亚城名律
师史蒂尔(Brian Steel)及山缪(Donald Samuel)上诉。
史蒂尔在电话访问中表示，案件反转主因是陪审团员在讨论时被误导，且有不合审理程
