heater换好了，可是墙上有了mold.
当时漏水，水漏到墙里然后又流出来的。
开始因为没注意到是heater漏水，以为是雨水少进家里。
后来以为是墙里水管漏水关总闸没用，大概有3-4天才知道是heater.
现在墙上有一团团的黑mold，该怎么清除？
自己就把外面的擦掉可以吗？ |

Seller Agent说可能是屋顶漏水导致的。
这样的房子能要吗？
会不会其实attic里面已经都是mold然后渗下来了，都到墙里面去了？
修要多少钱呢？
一般Inspection包含检查这个吗？还是要另外请mold inspector?

房子一旦染上严重的mold，是卖不出去的。但是可以治。可以找专业的清洗公司清洗。
一个风口$60-$80。如果你要买这个房子，可以向卖家要$2500-$3000清洗费。 |

门框，窗框，还有crown molding的边，角，以及和墙的接缝的地方都有裂缝，agent说
是空调开着，但是加湿好像有问题，而且空调居然开在75度，一个是热胀冷缩，一个就
是干，所以起的裂缝
这个house很大，而且窗户很多，molding的地方也很多，裂的地方挺多的，这种裂缝怎
么fix，看着挺难看的，以后怎么保养？

我现在的concern是，假如说房东把墙上的mold修好了。
这栋房子是05年的。我发现它很有漏水的问题。我想问的是，如果地下的管道有漏水的
问题，会不会地下有mold我们看不见，但是过几个月发展到地上，影响我们的生活？
我的lease还有8个月。所以，如果房子能撑到那个时候最好。撑不到我就现在搬家了。

现在有个60年代的银行屋，里面的lay out很好，房子是坐南朝北的（不好？）。因为
从去年10月这个房子被银行收走后没有人居住，有一些mold是可以明显看出来的（比如卧室的墙面上），还有就是看房子时就发现很严重的ermite的问题，
，可能Drywood Termite和Subterranean Termite都有。
这种房子以后的麻烦大不大呀？毕竟房子有50多岁了，俺们这疙瘩的房子这个年纪的很
普遍。After termite treatment可能保持有多久，还有Chlordane会很影响健康（家
里有小孩子）是气味还是什么？
大家的经验足，给我一些建议吧，我的realtor说做完treatment和kill mold不会有大问题，可是agent的话不能全信。我现在很模棱两可的，因为完全不知道以后的影响有多大。
还是从此以后死心这类房子就不要看了。 |

然后找inspection来检查一下就行了嘛。
照片上的stain面积不算大，就算是mold也属于早期，比较好处理。或者用土办法，再
去看一次房，上阁楼刮点样本回来，用clorex喷一下。
其实更应该担心的是屋面漏水，造成ceiling有mold... |

check屋顶漏雨情况。 在Attic上发现有以前的leak, 现在倒是不漏了。可是留下了一
处black water stain，上面有mold， 但是这个contractor 也不确定修好了没有，但
是建议我用bleach擦擦就好了。这个情况第一次没有发现。
这种情况下需要卖家去处理么？一处以前未确定的mold对健康有影响么？ |
