军力和台湾+美帝（distance modifier, commitment modifier....)差值最小时就可以
打了。就像星际争霸里什么时候该种田，什么时候该爆兵，什么时候该打一波，都是可
以用模型算的，本质是数学问题。
但其实什么时候打台湾对土共来说不是数学问题，而是一个它内部争斗结果和统治状况
的政治问题。
土共并不真想统一台湾，留着忽悠P民，增强其统治核心的凝聚力的效果是显著并长期
的。就像最不想土共倒台的恰恰是海外的民运/轮子，土工真塌了台他们的饭票也没了。
如果一定要打台湾，土共也一定要留到关键的时候打。比如土共两派内斗失势的一方利
用最后的权力挑起战争以期浑水摸鱼而反败为胜。又比如经济疲软，民众反抗频频，土
共统治危机时，打打台湾，转移注意力，趁着战争军管时期把国内不安定的人清理干净。
所以一看版上津津乐道的谈论又装备什么新武器，可以打台湾了，老夫就冷笑：执政党
的核心利益是他的统治稳定这一点你都看不清楚，妄用武器等量化的东西来推测这个政
党将来的重大决定，真是典型的理工WSN思维。

按拘留通知书上所说，他22日就被关押在看守所了，胡炜升对律师讲，他7月1日

法关押的地点，他都被酷刑、殴打，其中惠州刑警大队的副队长林某亲自动手打他。胡
炜升被坐老虎凳，还用他的头撞墙、将他头撞地，吊起来打，电棍插嘴里电击，还不让

美国这个地方吧，什么都好，就是转基因食品太多！
生活在美国，如果你不想吃转基因食品，那也不是不可能，但还是有相当难度的。我本
人不是研究转基因的专家，但对转基因却非常关心。美国超市里有转基因食品上市了，
方舟子和崔永元又打起来了，这样的时候，我都要跑去看看热闹。美国政府在2015年初
批准转基因苹果（北极苹果）在美国上市之后，我过段时间就去超市转一圈，很想亲眼
看看转基因苹果是什么样子，但到目前我还没有见过转基因苹果，更没有吃过转基因苹
果。我等得都有点急了。现在中国国内有句讽刺人的话：你就是吃转基因的命，操转基
因的心！我还真是这样的人。
转基因食品是否安全？对这个问题，挺转派（主要是农业生物公司和很多学生物的人）
和反转派（主要是有机农业及部分追随者）争得不可开交。我个人认为，目前市场上的

湾的中国地图中用“大中华”，并要求删掉南海九段线。此事随后引起该杂志编辑部关
注，向原作者发邮件对事件做了澄清与说明。Nature Asia网站也发布了正式声明的中

2013年，我第一次见到崔永元，他当时赴美拍纪录片。
我见到他时，他刚下飞机，接待人员安排了一个挺气派的餐厅就餐。那之后，吃饭都是
简简单单，他挺疲劳的，也没什么胃口， 大家也就跟着他一起吃面条或者简单的饭菜。
在这之前，我对他印象不深，因为没有机会看中文电视， 所以我一次都没有看过小崔
的电视节目。唯一的一次交集是，1999年，我的好朋友是崔永元第一本书《实话实说的
实话》的责任编辑，崔永元来新落成的上海书城签名售书，我正好也被邀请回国在书城
签名售书《世纪末，在美国》，责任编辑的她就送了一本小崔的签名书给我，又送了一
本我的签名书给小崔。
第二天午饭后，他站在外面抽烟，我走出去跟他聊天，我们聊到方舟子和肖传国，还有
转基因的一些事…… 他忽然显得思维有些跳跃，“我的公益基金会是普华永道审计的
，不怕他们查，”我的思路有点跟不上他……“这几天在美国，我还不太担心，在国内

，没有触及根本降低费用的议题。保费2年增长这么多，不改的话，我不觉的以后会降
下来，会给老百姓和国家越来越多负担。R在麻州搞的那个我不是很清楚，听说也亏损
不少。R在这个问题上是底气不足，至于是repeal还是modify, 我很倾向modify, 加些
内容就能很好的控制保费，大家都高兴。不过这些修改也要触动不少利益集团，比如夸
州买保险触动保险公司，限制医疗诉讼触动律师，放宽医生数额触动医生利益，两党都
涉及这些利益，就要balance了，看新总统的智慧了。不指望盈利，亏损在可控范围就
好。
目前这个bill, 保险公司花了上亿美元lobbying, 条款严重倾向保险公司，太恶了。现
在保费越来越贵，这太离谱了，这医保要是没有Affordable字样就算了，有这个词，却
是相反的结果，你说是不是得改改?
至于说服别人，我没这个本事，大家都是成年人了，不可能互相说服的。我把我的观点
和事实摆出来，有兴趣了解的人自己判断，就和争论节目似的，他们几个是obamacare

2) Proof of insurance, bring your valid insurance to the court, it will be
dropped right away.
3) Change address. Go to DMV to get a new license with new address, likely a temporary one
first, bring to the court, it will be dropped as well. Remember to change
your address in USCIS as well if you are not a green card holder or citizen yet.
