modernist似乎不见得是non-believer，而是对圣经的理解比较自由的基督徒（起码他
们自己认为他们是基督徒）。Modernist没有对历史上早期教会对圣经的理解给予做够
的尊重，可能会说以前的基督徒理解不对，现在该如何如何理解，等等。我感觉这可能
是很大一个群体，他们内部对各种问题的理解也会各有不同。但总的来说是不是非常正
统的基督教。
BTW：每个基督徒都可以是神学界的，不知道你这个神学界怎么界定。 |

看看你们去过几个？
排名第三的彼得堡的state hermitage museum，拍过电影russian ark，就记得金碧辉
煌，没看到什么画……
排第15的Yale Center for British Art我也常觉得比英国的画廊都好……小而精致，
各个时期和画家的代表作收集得很精，介绍也很精，看完印象很深。建筑也很宽敞明亮
，令人愉快，不过太亮是不是对画不好。
有个Doha的Museum of Islamic Art。希望有机会去。
台北故宫上榜，北京故宫没上，倒是北京的789工厂榜上有名。说最近有一个Duchamp
and/or/in China的展览，到六月中截止。听着挺有趣，不知道goldy去看过没。

前微软CTO，资本家，科学家，作家，美食家，写了一本五卷的molecular gastronomy
教科书，Modernist Cuisine
每个配方都是经过lab无数次试验，控制各种条件，多方品尝报告，还有其中的化学物
理原理。这才是科学时代的美食。
舌尖吧，还是小作坊或者小作坊一下的规模，也没有科学总结和documentation。所有
的配方都是经验，还没有总结到理论 |
