ISTANBUL — The United States is providing Syrian rebels with $123 million
in new nonlethal aid that may include body armor and other types of supplies
that haven't been part of the assistance package in the past.

伊拉克极端组织“伊斯兰国”（ISIS）2月3日发布活活烧死被俘的约旦飞行员的视频引
发沙特愤怒，约旦3日誓言要对约旦飞行员遇害进行报复。
综合媒体2月4日报道，约旦军方发言人阿梅里3日在电视上发表声明说：“我们的惩罚
和报复将与约旦人民遭受的巨大损失一样沉重。”
约旦安全部门消息人士称，约旦计划在几个小时内处决伊斯兰国要求释放的伊拉克妇女
里沙维。里沙维因参与2005年的一次自杀炸弹袭击正在约旦等待被处死。
约旦国王阿卜杜拉二世也在华盛顿对约旦发表全国讲话称，飞行员卡萨斯贝遇害将使国
家更加团结。他已缩短访美行程，回国处理事件。
根据ISIS发布的视频显示，一名穿着橙色囚衣、疑似是卡萨斯贝（Moaz al-Kassasbeh
