了筛子没买，其他都买全了。电动的mixer才6块多，这个薄薄铁丝网竟然要7块，心疼就没买。请教下，面粉一定要用筛子筛到蛋黄里去吗？要是不用，做出来的效果能差多少呢？
说说做蛋糕的过程，其实是用的cake mix呵呵，因为想就来个最简单的热热身先，加上
熟悉下从没用过的电动mixer。看精华区里很多说cake mix特别甜，我就只用了半袋，
又加了点面粉。说明里很简单，不像自己做蛋糕要蛋白蛋黄分别打，只说要3个全蛋，
加水和油，中速打4分钟。因为我只用了半袋（其实还不到），所以就用了2个全蛋，跟
水和油混合后，又自做主张加了一点儿牛奶（是不是不该加啊）。说明上说350F烤30－
45分钟，我怕外面干了里面还不熟，就用的325F，烤了40分钟左右。
出来的成品是这个样子滴：外面像蛋糕，里面是蛋塔，软软粘粘的，味道很香，好像也
熟了，但就是不像蛋糕那样发起来。请教各位高手，是不是不能按照说明那样子把所有
东西都一起打呀？说明上说中速打4分钟，我觉得mixer那个2档（共0－5档）就已经挺
快了，所以就一直用 |

发帖数: 11850 | 37 今年夏天mixed double team组建之时，我和老大们提出能否组一个7.5 combo，因为不
少对儿都是男4.0女3.5，而且7.5还可以提供更多选项。结果本地老大同意了，只是因
为区里没有7.5，只有7.0和8.0，就干脆变成non-sanctioned USTA，也就是无需USTA
membership均可参加。
本来这也很简单，大伙周五晚上开心一下用的。可是常一个队里的朋友中有一对儿MN是
女同，于是另一个朋友A就提出，既然是non-sanctioned，干脆允许男男 or 女女 or
男女所有组合，这样也就不必担心default court了。
A刚提出来的时候就A, B和我在场，立刻遭到了B的竭力反对，我一开始没什么反应，觉
得也没什么大不了的，就让MN她俩一起打好了，虽然我还是比较偏向“真正的”mixed
double，况且她俩虽然都是4.0，并非真的强到能单独和男4.0对抗的地步。后来，由于
A在本地是联络最广的一位，虽然不是usta official，但她有所有的player contact
list, 并且能够以本地网球联合会的名义给所有人发email，实际 |

will play 7.0.
There is another 4.0 woman my captain may assign to me is a better doubles

把土倒出来看看，结果发现盆里长了很多不明植物的根，还很长，在花盆下半部密密麻
麻的全都是，这得吸多少养分和水啊？我的黄瓜苗的根细细的，都没有它们长得壮。真
是气死了。
谁知道这是啥东东的根啊？是草吗？不是说potting mix里面应该把杂草都去掉了吗？

mix里已经混了slow release的化肥，育苗够用了，不用再加肥。 |

fertilizer 外，有些和seed germination mix很相似的。工业上用的时候，是用纯
peat moss 然后再盖上vermiculite。不过对于大多数种子，问题不大。 |
