单，然后说让我把罚单寄到罚单上指定的地址，然后他们会hold罚单12个月，如果我1
年内不再吃罚单，就自动抹掉。可是我在罚单后面没有看到这个选项，只有一个
mitigation hearing选项，请问这个mitigation是不是就是警察说的hold罚单12个月？

Radon won't affect your yard, since it is an open area. Make sure the
mitigation fan work, and open your windows and door to exchange the air (if
not cold). |

decided to buy this house finally and the seller is installing the radon
mitigation system now.I did a lot of research on radon. Radon is heavier
than the air and the mitigation system can stop the radon enter the room.
Anyway, if you really like the house and sign a repair agreement that you
can buy this house if seller install the system and decrease the radon below

你说的叫Radon Mitigation System。装一个需要大概1000元。需要总开着以保持室内
氡气浓度保持在低水平。地下室密封好，Radon Mitigation System正常工作的话应该
可以很容易把指标降到标准以下。 |

本来就低两者没有区别。你唯一要注意的是氡气mitigato坏掉的时候避免去地下室。另

也会有，从1-3不等，然后如果安装了mitigation system就能把Radon的浓度降到1-3，
看起来也不是一件很坏的事，因为最终得到的结果都是1-3,4以下。不过虽然说这里的
Radon很普遍，但是我看了那么60-70套房子，居然只有一家安装的有这个mitigation
system，然后那个房子把整个地下室的一半都没有装修，人活动的区域只限于装修了的
另一半。变相的就降低了房屋的使用面积。这个房子就一直没有卖出去。所以我才有点
担心来着。 |

最近在wellesley看中一个房子，面积不大，地下室一半装修了，未装修的一侧有一个
radon mitigation 系统，去年新装的。看了很多房子，头一次看到这个东西。回来查
了一下，发现middlesex区域地下radon的水平都比较高。
马上准备做房屋检查了，却有点犹豫。不知道是不是该买。有这个radon mitigation
系统是不是肯定说明地下radon水平比较高？即使有这个系统，是不是还是有危险？需
不需要专门再测一下？会不会影响以后再卖？

should replace this mitigation system and have another test. Do they pay the
fee for another test or I pay the fee? If it is still too high, then I hope
that I should be able to walk away from the contract. The other way is they
fix this before signing the contract. I am not sure how fast this

Radon level. That is from the ground under you, nothing you can do, unless
you move. If you happen to be in a high radon area, mitigation system is
very common, should not affect resale, unless you don't have one.
Most new houses in the high risk area are build to be radon proof (put down
a layer of tar and thick plastic before pour the foundation), or they put in
