i just can't believe what you said. I graduated from the best civil
engineering dept. in China, so many friends and classmates in shanghai. I know
their salary was only 5000 with 2 years working experience.Also their design
institutes are pretty good ones in Shanghai. For those poor institutes,
usually the salary is only 2-3 thousand. I guess maybe you joined a very
special design institute, which has great power, i.e., a lot of rich projects,
