1.热水接一个大杯子/碗里，奶瓶放里面温热， 如果从冰箱里拿出来(8.0 OZ)， 通常7
～ 8分钟。
2. bottle warmer, 我用的是： Philips AVENT Express Food and Bottle Warmer,
个人觉得不好用 -- 太复杂，好像是灯亮了就行了 （忘记了，有人用过的请出来
update 一下） 然后通常人都不在旁边看，就overheat。
3. 冰箱里拿出来， 直接加一点热水，比例： 6 OZ + 2.OZ HotWater (这样bb的营养
就少些， 不推荐）。
4. Mirowave。
