immigration is unpredictable and they can not process the loan till the
final H1B is approved. But my case is that H1B already expired and lender
request the H1B need to be valid at least 90 days by the time of funding.
And borrower is using EAD.
Try to find some lenders with minium H1B valid period by the time of funding

1. BT最好的卡是Chase Slate。15个月全免息期，开卡60天内BT免balance transfer
fee。免息最长的卡是Citi Simplicity，21个月全免息期，3% balance transfer fee
。这两张卡都没年费！！！
2. 免息期分两种，0% APR for purchase + 0% APR for balance transfer，我说的全
免息期就是两种都是0%。你想申哪张卡，自己去看一下terms and condition的pricing
/rates这一部分。
BT之后能不能消费？消费叫purchase，请自行理解BT之后，用BT卡purchase是否
subject to 0% APR for purchases。
3. 还款优先级。
a. if your balance is less than $5, 还全款.
b. if your balance is more than $5, 每个月有一个minimum payment。必须要还足
这个minimum payment amount才不会影响信用。

ＣＥＴ是开柜检查，ＮＪ不清楚，洛杉矶这里差不多两千多一个柜子的检查费
同上，这个对于货代也是赚钱的机会。
说实话，你的货已经在他们手里了，这个没有啥办法了。
