另一方面也向有经验的人请教。
事情是这样：
周一及急着交统计作业，就托在学校的朋友down一个minitab 15.
朋友在学校有固定的IP，但一直用BT,emule 几年没啥事。
于是google 了，发现了minitab 15 的一个破解注册小软件。是emule.的
于是就用电驴下了。一共1 MB 多。结果试用了不work.根本没有序列号出现。
本来以为没事，结果今天网管找来，问了IP。过了一会，又一个网管来了，给朋友show
了 minitab 发来的邮件。大意是检测到此IP 从你们这来，并在用edonkey 传播
minitab Key....
朋友说的比较含糊没有当场承认，网管告诫说把emule 这类东西删掉。并说这触犯了学
校的规定。会有相关人员联系处罚事宜。果然一会就收到了email,有case ID. 这是
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT 会进入调查程序。
朋友很紧张很紧张。
提醒大家不要用emule down比较serious 软件了。真的挺邪门的。保不齐Adobe 也有这
样的措施！ 总体来说版本越高的软件防范力越强！

with one predictor, then two predictors,till all predictors. The Minitab
output give you a full list of those models. The minitab does not recommend
anyone from the list, you need to make decision based on the mellow-cp or r-
square (adj) value also shown in the Minitab output. I hope this can help

因为Minitab会在注册表中写入一些东西，除非用户重新安排Windows系统，没有正确
的注册码，就无法再使用了，令人十分恼火。现觅得一日期限制破解方法，不敢独吞
，拿出来与大家共享。
1.使用控制面板中的添加/删除程序卸载Minitab。
2.在Windows系统中有两个地方记录着个人电脑独特的Machine ID，一个是C盘根
目录下的os******.bin文件，一个是WINDOWS/SYSTEM（Win9x系统）或WINNT/SYSTEM32
(WinNT/2000系统）下的ws******.ocx文件，这两种文件都是隐藏文件，因此要通过
文件夹选项的查看工具或DOS下的Attrib命令去除它们的隐藏属性，然后将它们删除
。
3.运行Windows安装目录下的regedit文件（或在开始菜单的运行框中打键入regedit
），
①找到“HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.INF\”，Minitab会在\.INF\下写入一些子键，将
这些子键统统删除。

control和experimental design的问题，太难的也不行。所以学校在教这些课基础课和
six sigma的时候可能会用上，主要看老师的preference，因为它上手很容易。个人觉
得，除非你找工作的那个职位并不以data analysis为主，但偶尔需要一些这方面的知
识，而且老员工有用minitab的，才可能有加分。。。 |

。就打电话问朋友，朋友结过发现emule上面有下载的，随手就下下来了。但是我发现
了借用版就自己买了。他也就没有给我。可是今天学校来人说minitab写信到学校，提
供了朋友的IP地址。学校要开始调查和处罚。现在朋友很紧张，不知道学校会怎么处罚
。其实罚钱都不要紧了，不知道会不会对学位有影响。这件事都因我而起，真是后悔啊
！各位知不知道这件事除了学校的规则，有没有触犯别的法律。有没有相似的情况，最
后又是怎么解决的呢？
