第三：due date，应该在这个日期以前还至少minimum due，否则会有late fee
如果你在due date之前还了full balance，那么就不会有interest
如果你在due date之前还了minimum due但是没有full balance，那么就会有interest

A: 可以. 但有个先决条件, 就是你需要先付了minimum payment due. 然后你的
Cashback credit就可以用于付剩余的statement balance.

具体到另一帖ChaoRen的例子, 因为ChaoRen没有付minimum payment due, 所以ChaoRen

coverage包括了吸毒的treatment之类的，有了这么个minimum coverage，很多人的保
险就被迫取消被迫扔进obamacare 这个pool里面了。
设置minimum coverage要设置得合情合理，不是玩弄权术。我说的30万本来就早超过了
合情合理的minimum coverage. |
