When used to describe a countable object, the exact
quantity of that object is not important, but the
sense that the quantity is few is important.

due date之前，但是我的minimum还是没变，依然是statement时候的$35。
也就是说，我主贴里假设的极端情况的话，可能至少得把minimum从银行checking里付
了。然后期望其他refund能被当作除了minimum部分的payment（也就是说不导致收利息
），最后下一个statement会变成负balance（等于-minimum）。

1种是refund/credit优先算到除了minimum的部分payment，然后才轮到minimum；

如果您的收入足，买新房的贷款在收入的qualification上没有什么问题，但是买新房
的downpay还有些压力，那么只付minimum比较好。这个小condo的租金应该也可以cover
贷款地税保险HOA等费用，您只用保持一个正的cash flow就好。
尽快付清的前提和好处：
首先，不多说，当然是总利息少了。另外如果您的收入quality新房贷款比较紧，但买
新房手头不太缺钱（downpay不是问题），那么可以直接付清。（注：如果要靠这个
condo的收入来提高贷款的qualify水平，那么必须直接付清，加速付和只付minimum没

假如某个月消费不足$20，比如只花了$13.99，那么minimum就是$13.99。

一张卡的2900多的Balance转了过来，本以为可以在15个月0%APR的期限内不用再打理这
部分钱了，谁知道3月份的statement下来，有$29的Minimum Payment，当时也没在意，
结果前几天被Chase客户通知产生了Late Fee，才重视起来，结果一看4月份的Minimum
有80多块，还包括了$25的Late Fee。
请问这Minimum Payment是怎么产生的？不是零利息么？ |
