Statement还出比Minimal多的钱就行。譬如说Minimal Payment是$25，而你只要还$25.
01就算完成。一个季度连续3个月完成就有$20的奖励。如果还有BOA的Checking，

penalty 条款的存在，实际上你可以 pay off 在 0->30 年中的
任何一点。
其次：所谓 monthly payment 的数字，实际上是指 minimal monthly
payment。同样因为 no pre-payment penalty 条款的存在，每月
你可以 pay 比 minimal 高的任何金额，多付出的金额付进本金。
第三：由于上面两点，你这个比较这是 apple vs orange，两个的实际
还款期限不同，实际上是时间和利率的交换。或者 financial 术语，
cash flow vs interest cost。
第四：如果要 apple vs apple，你应该确定新 refi 的 loan 的
expected pay-off 年份跟买房子时候做的 load 的 expected
pay-off 年份一致，然后返回去重算 refi 以后每月应该付多少，
然后依据那个算 total interest cost，再行比较。。。

到50多万接近60万的时候，以后就骑虎难下了。但这有啥好说的呢，套现了也不算亏。

宗教对犯罪率的影响
更加信仰基督的地方有更多的社会弊病和犯罪。这是格雷戈里。保罗在学术杂志《宗教

无法回避的现实是，基督教的教条更合适一个病态的社会。宗教狂热分子和极端主义比
毒品危害更大。
理性的人认识到基督教神话的荒谬可怜，而基督徒，尤其是福音派，或原教旨主义者，
不过是一些伪君子，用宗教作为武器来贬低他人。
格雷戈里。保罗的研究首次量化了基督教教义产生的社会效果。不只是基督教，一切狂
热的邪教都可能会有类似的邪恶效果。
当然，天主教会花了几百年压迫陷入贫困和苦难的老百姓。穆斯林有同样的呼吁

些日系厂也很早的时候就开始了），但是不能说minimalism就是苹果发明的。
再看看手机, pad之类的，正面至少80%的面积都被屏幕占据了，再加上minimalism的流
行，也就是说可以发挥的空间并不多，这就是为什么有人说苹果出来之后手机样子都长
一样了。在苹果之前的手机屏幕比例没有这个大，可以设计的空间比现在大多了。
因为苹果的产品流行，所以很多人会对苹果采用的设计先入为主，所谓的prior art也
没几个
人在乎。
你说的这点，我赞同，确实有抄的嫌疑。因为笔记本可以设计的地方太多了，长得像太
不应该了。 |

can turn them into 2 state machines (FSM), and try to minimize those states.
If Minimize FSM is same, then they are match, otherwise not.
You can find algorithm by search google about Minimize FSM.

且原Window minimize/close后，dock出来的window仍然不变。功能和Chrome里的
tabbed pane一样。
一般的Implementation, 原Window minimize/close后，dock出来的window 也会
minimized/close.
