I have heard of 2 other methods to speed it up.
1. Watch videos and mimic the move in your mind. e.g. tutorials, tournaments
, or watch others play. Just focus on the part you want to improve on right
now.
2. Visualize the movement in your mind. The advantage is you can do this
anywhere anytime.

That happens a lot in races. Some coach suggest the roadies to ride mtb
occasionally to practice balance and avoid woods. If you have a group
training ride, one training drill is that two people riding side-by-side,
and use your elbow to touch and push each other purposely. This can mimic
the crowd racing situation and make you get used to it.

线不会太松.(水深,饵下沉的过程中会把线拉直).
我也不是说什么都要自然,我个人的感觉,饵的运动形态比它的形状颜色要重要很多,同
一种饵有不同的用法,但是每种用法都能mimic自然的某种事物,或事物的某些方面,只不
过钓鱼人不一定意识到了.就拿worm来说,T-rig直拉,对鱼来说象一条小鱼,W-rig放线,

if you let the bait sit still, big fish is not sure what it is so usually

martial arts practitioners, such as punches, kicks, runs, jumps, rotation,

series of punchs or kics, after 1 min or 2, you will get sweaty all over
