的糖能占到重量的一半。在美国的人都知道美国的甜点有多甜吧。
所以想要孩子长得健康，关键是少吃糖，饮料少喝。

现在想增肌。去Costco买了一种巧克力味的muscle milk。
但是郁闷的是，对muscle milk过敏。喝完了以后腿上涨很多小红包。
不知有没有人遇到过这种问题？
这种情况下，还有没有别的办法补充蛋白质？
想到每次锻炼以后吃鸡胸脯。
上网搜了一下，说，鸡胸脯消化需要时间，所以不能马上补充蛋白质，所以效果一般。
还是建议运动完后吃蛋白粉。
我是不是应该试试别的牌子的蛋白粉？
PS，我有乳糖不耐症，喝牛奶会拉肚子。
但是每天早上我喝豆浆，没事。
除了这次的muscle milk，在我记忆里，还没有对其他的食物过敏过。

found that a 12 pack of muscle milk banana creme flavor was selling for 24
dollars plus tax with free shipping (the page says shipped weight is 36

PS：最简单的面包也是值得我们去做的，因为最简单的东西才能锻炼和彰显基本功。
方子来自“ultimate bread”。
2 tsp yeast
1tsp sugar
300ml lukewarm milk
500g bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
egg glaze:made with 1 egg and 1 tbsp milk
将酵母和糖撒入125ml的牛奶里，放置5分钟，搅拌溶解。然后倒入剩下的牛奶。
再另一个盆中，放入面粉和盐，搅拌均匀。中间挖一个洞，倒入溶入酵母的牛奶。揉成
面团。
面团如果无法在10分钟内揉出筋，是那种可以windowpane test的程度，那么可以揉均
匀后发酵半小时后再揉，几分钟后就可以出筋了。
第一次发酵至两倍大，然后进行整形。
整形是先卷成一个loaf，然后弯成S型，放入loaf pan中进行第二次发酵，记住：两次
发酵都要盖上保鲜膜哦。
当面团发酵到高出烤盘2.5厘米的时候，就可以预热烤箱400F。这时候，开始刷蛋液。

宝宝大便性状变了。喝 tea 前大便很规律，基本黄色。妈妈喝 tea 后，宝宝的大便变
成了黄绿色，并且颗粒很粗糙，不知道这是不是 mother milk tea 的副作用？
