这个是节目中的小孩子 说 “kill everyone in china”，jimmy重复kill everyone
in china， 说“ this is interesting"。 小孩子童言无忌，但是 jimmy 和 ABC 的
制作人选择把这种 promote racial genocide 的话播出来，就要负责任。
在美国的呢，给 fcc, 参议员，国会议员，ABC 发 complaint, 让他们把 Jimmy
Kimmel 给开了. 国内的呢，尤其是国内做媒体的朋友，广泛在国内传播，如果有国内
厂商在ABC 做广告的，能用撤了广告施压，把这个 Jimmy Kimmel 给开了。杀一儆百。

想买不超过40万的房子投资，面积无所谓，ONE BED +。
主要目的是投资，另一个原因（不是很重要）就是考虑万一父母来美国常住也有个地方。
地区：
目前主要看FREMONT,MILPITAS那边的房子，大家觉得我的预算合适吗？
或者如果投资，是否应该买更便宜的房子出租？感觉80年代的房子在这两个区30W左右
可以买到，但是也要考虑将来万一卖掉，怕太旧了不好卖？
除了fremont, milpitas这些地方，还有什么别的地区可以考虑？
关于出租：
也是最重要的问题，湾区这边CONDO容易出租吗？FREMONT和MILITAS那一带可以租到什
么价格？
