理论上，每一个疾病都有病因，但不是每一个病都能够明确诊断，事实上不知道的
远比知道的多。应该承认你们的问题已经很专业，你们医生的回答也非常职业，确实值
得你们佩服。代谢病，遗传病基本上说的是一回事，如果这个基因或者那个酶的检查商
业上没有，检查结果就是阴性. 进一步检查也就无从谈起。 举几个例子，Cerebellar
Ataxia的基因检测已经很多了，但很多病人的检测是阴性，这不改变这些病人是基因
变异引起小脑病变的事实， 同样的，hemiplegic migraine的基因也可以查，但大多数
病人都是阴性，这个阴性结果不改变他们有migraine和偏瘫的事实。
非常同情你们的孩子，也非常同情你们的儿科专家。 从有限的材料看，肝移植恐怕是
唯一的解决办法。

不过那时的医学水平就那个样子。而且那个医生只是非常不负责任，心不在焉，不一定
是他有意害人。
鲁迅早死可能有以下几个因素：
1）因为父亲考试作弊，小时候非常仇恨社会，心理扭曲。心身互动，带来了后来抑郁
和免疫系统紊乱的种子。
2）长期大量抽烟。
3）熬夜，学洋人喝咖啡，生活无规律。
4）甲状腺功能可能有问题，不过那时的医学不懂。hypothyroidal，易疲劳，抑郁，于
是大量喝咖啡抽烟提神。
4）很早就补牙。并且因此大骂中医，不会拔牙，连个牙齿都不会补。当时补牙用的是
amalgam，一年毒性等于吸500年的雾霾。
其实中医说他“肾亏”，意思就是免疫系统问题大，是没错的。牙周炎除了口腔卫生，
和免疫系统也有联系，他的autoimmune system有大问题。鲁迅有偏头痛，migraine，

药的，有70天是强忍着或者靠睡觉过去的，还有20-30天是靠吃止疼药的。
前3个月的时候第一次看到migraine auro，当时以为视网膜脱落，30分钟后症状消失，
就没有理会。前一个星期白天发作，又以为视网膜问题，因为再前一个星期刚查过眼底
，所以等症状消失后又没有理会，自以为是早上起来还没吃早饭饿的。以后星期后今天
又发作一次，看了网上文章认定是偏头痛前兆，30分钟左右的auro过后，头痛，但是可
以耐受，恶心干呕后舒服很多。现在开始重视这个问题了，可是看什么医生呢？还有很
多文章说有可能是枕叶皮质缺血，这个可以防止吗？最近两次发作都是在早上起床后。
看医生应该会做什么检查呢？
觉得美国这边医生都舍不得用好的仪器设备的，不知道怎么找医生才好。 |

了，两个星期内一共发了4次，已经照了MRI，还不知道结果。有一点点误解，我虽然疼
得很频繁，但是一直强忍着尽量不吃药，一年能20次之疼片，吃的是国内散利痛。医生
说如果MRI的结果没什么问题，就按照migraine来治疗，因为我提出最好不吃之疼片，
因为这四次发作后疼得都不厉害，医生也说到可以吃防止发作的药，是不是就是你说的
两种方法？我最后一次发作后，没有头痛，但之后的几天内，包括现在，左边头，脸，
手（有时蔓延到小臂）发麻发紧，每次持续时间都比较长，有一个小时左右，一天里有
好几次。医生还说有增加体重，保持体重和减轻体重的药可以选，并建议我用增加体重
的药，我想疗效差不多的话，还是保持体重好了。对了，有一件比较奇怪的事，我见到
光圈之前的那种头痛已经基本消失了，哪怕是有很大的诱因的情况下。

不会。excedrin是阿司匹林+咖啡因+泰诺，都是非处方药，不成瘾，按药理来讲不会有
抗药性（不是什么药都有抗药性的。。。）吃了以后不止痛了就要找医生开处方药了
2 吃了那么快就见效的药，是不是太厉害了点？一疼就吃，会不会对身体也不好？
厉害不厉害，有效就可以。你这都还不是opioid呢。。。
